Sparrowpaw smirked triumphantly as she glared down at Bloodtooth's limp form. A river of exhilarating pride surged through the tiny mottled apprentice as she released her jaws from his throat. "So, this is what victory feels like, eh?" She waved her tail dismissively, then took a pace away from the black warrior, dropping into a crouch with renewed energy.

As soon as Bloodtooth felt Sparrowpaw relax her grip, he exploded up, snarling and growling. He aimed to claw any part of her body, so long as he does it.

Icestar had been standing in the clearing, watching the RiverClanners leave, when she heard the commotion and yowls of her name coming from the medicine den. She let out a huff--surely some cats would see all of this blood on her and assume the worst. She knew it was her own blood, and that stupid little pipsqueak warrior had ripped out her throat, but there was no stinging sensation, no familiar ache of a wound. The blood was all over her chest fur, matted along her front legs and paws. It was a horrid sight. But the wound had disappeared...What had happened?

The leader limped up to the den where her medicine cat and deputy were. She could hear and sense the anxiety rolling off from Irisflame as she entered.

"I'm fine," She reassured, looking from Irisflame to Beastspark. "Don't be fooled. We may have suffered a lot today, but we won. I took one of Lionstar's lives, while not losing any of my own. This blood is his." She glanced down at the obnoxious, wailing warrior that was in her deputy's grasp.
"What's the problem with this one?"

Sparrowpaw let out a screech of surprise as Bloodtooth's claw flashed a whisker-length from her face. Desperate, she scrambled back and reared up onto her hind-legs, lashing out her paws to cuff the black tom around the ears. Hopefully the instinctive move would topple him over.

"Icestar! Your okay!" Silvermist breathed a sigh of releif. "Now,could you get this idiot off of me?" She tried to get up again,hoping that she wouldn't still be held down by the deputy.

Cinderstripe had, unfortunently, moved a bit slower than the others, so she realized Beastspark had already pinned Silvermist once again. Watching Silvermist closely, she approached closer. Growling, she stated very carefully to Silvermist, "I swear to Starclan if you don't stop moving around you're going to really regret it." Sighing, she turned to face Icestar. "If you'd allow me to explain. Silvermist here assaulted me during the raid while I was in combat with a Riverclan warrior. She tried to kill me, I kicked her off. She decided a good idea was to slash me in the muzzle, so I made her eat dirt. Then she escaped and ran in here." Through narrowed eyes she looked back at Silvermist, ready to pin her if she tried to run. "Also, sorry about the disruption she's causing Irisflame."

Why couldn't ShadowClan be simple why did they need drama every single second of the day. Beastspark ignored Silvermist howls, it wasn't like she could give him much of a challenge anyway. He cast a glance at Irisflame relieved that she was unharmed. He swung his head in the direction of the incoming paws and was glad to it was Icestar. This saved him some trouble. He parted his maw to tell her what he knew yet shut it when Cinderstripe showed up. Normally he'd need a little more than an accusation, but Silvermist has been acting strange. "I think there is something seriously wrong with her head." Beastspark added, payimg no mind to the insults that flew out of Silvermist's maw. With great reluctance, Beastspark stepped back to allow the molly to sit up. He figured between him, Cinderstripe and Icestar she couldn't cause that much damage.

"Shut up Beastspark!" Silvermist snarled at the deputy. "Your a traitor! she hissed to Cinderstripe. "GO TO THE DARK FOREST! BOTH OF YOU!"

Bloodtooth fell over, and instinctively rolled out of Sparrowpaw's grasp. "That's enough training for today." The black warrior rasped. "I need to get these scars healed up..."

Blackpaw padded slowly up to his favorite grassy area and lay under his rock. He wasn’t feeling quite himself. You’re useless. Ya, I know.
