Snow stripe came padding in from outside of camp emtpy pawed she was coming back from a patrol by herself remembering all the times she had with her besty that was now long gone at this time. The light brown molly skipped out of the warriors' den. She had disheveled fur from her nap, but she didn't mind. She hummed as her skipping neared the prey pile. She picked a small trout and trotted toward her favorite spot, a couple of soft ferns growing in a pile of sandy soil. About halfway there, she bumped into a Clanmate. I'm sorry! Did I hurt you? she said, dropping her trout.

Palebrook had been going to the fresh-kill pile when she bumped into Cherryflight, who was holding a trout. She stumbled backward, shaking her head. Once she had steadied herself, she smiled at Cherryflight. “No worries,” She meowed, smiling at Cherryflight. “No harm done. Where were you taking that?”

The molly smiled and gestured to the spot of ferns and sandy soil. Just over there. Why do you ask? she replied, cocking her head. She was just curious and genuinely wanted to know why Palebrook was interested. Her head bent down and she picked up her trout.

She smiled around her fish and nodded, flicking her tail excitedly. Her fur puffed up with excitement and she trotted towards the ferns. She nestled into the soft fronds and awaited Palebrook's arrival with her prey to eat.
