Mulberry Mulberry looked at him suspiciously. "How did you know that? He didn't take me in. I lived here first," she mewed a little defensively. "And she didn't tell me anything about her. If some cat wants her dead, then she's obviously done something bad."

He nodded to the first question and listened closely to the second one. Living by Thrush? That wouldn't be such a bad idea. I mean, he was pretty nice so far. Plus, Thrush was pretty cute even though he had a huge build. Finally, Darius nodded, Yeah, I can move close to you. I mean, I don't have much. Just a crate and a small nest.

"The way I heard it was that she and a bunch of other cats were under the rule of their evil father Bone who used to starve them and use them as servants, and Tundra escaped. And Jaggedfang's told me and Embertail that story a thousand times when we hunt with him." Thrush mewed amused.

"Me and my dad and brother could help dig you and underground safe den if you'd like, we're good diggers." Thrush mewed showing his large paws and thick claws made well for digging.

Mulberry "Well, she didn't say anything to me," she grunted. "Did Jaggedfang tell you that I was living just fine in the wooden den above us for days before he barged in and I let him stay with me?" Mulberry cocked her head at Thrush and raised her eyebrows. She would have to talk to Jaggedfang about that one.
