Icestar scowled down at Ivykit as she spoke up. Not this one again.
"Ivykit, I was just recently informed that you attacked a denmate again. If you want to be an apprentice, I suggest you get your act together and start behaving. If you're going to act like a kit, you're going to stay a kit. You will receive your ceremony when I stop hearing about you being a complete gremlin. Am I clear?"

Nightpaw watched the ceremonies with excitement, listening to every word. Warrior ceremonies were certainly one of her favourites, perhaps because they are less frequent than the others. It was nice to see that there were kits becoming apprentices as well- sure the apprentice den would be a bit more crowded but... she'd handle. It'd be fine.
"Honeypool, Sparrowsnap!" she chanted "Berrypaw, Gleampaw, Eaglepaw!" the young apprentice continued, her voice louder than when she speak, yet still quieter than most.

Honeypool looked at the new apprentices. They would grow up strong, he knew it. Even that one with a weird leg. "Gleampaw! Eaglepaw! Berrypaw!"

Ravenstorm went and touched noses with his new apprentice “I’ll teach you well even with that leg.”

Fallenheart's whiskers twitched with pride. Five more cats were on the path to serving their clan. He could remember each of his own ceremonies and his happiness on those days. Curiously watching the five young cats, he happily chanted their names.

A white tom suppressed the need to roll his eyes when a certain kit spoke up again. He didn't know the thing well, but if this kept up, then she would never become an apprentice. Frostpaw's polite chanting died down a bit after that. He wasn't too familiar with any of the names that had been called out, although he remembered speaking with Honeypa - Honeypool - once. A bit disappointing that he became an apprentice first.

Gleampaw dipped his head. "Thank you Ravenstorm." This was the cat who would train him? He wondered how they would get along.

"We've seen better days. Sadly Echokit won't open up to me about her feelings and Spottedkit seems to be hiding from me." Letting out a sad sigh. "How have you been my dear?" Not only had Honeypaw lost his mentor but a father for a second time. So selfish of Shadequill to think that rats were more important than fathering his kits.

“After this is done I’ll take you out to learn to hunt”he said he sat back down next to apprentice and looked at him and thought “he’ll learn well with proper training”

"Yes Icestar." Ivykit replied,a cold fire lighting up her eyes. "I'm sorry,and I understand." Ivykit paused,then "You make a perfect point. I
don't deserve to become an apprentice yet." She turned and stalked off towards the nursery,her tail drooping. Ivykit dissapeared inside the den without saying anything,or waiting for the meeting to end.

Grinning, she silver she let out a soft giggle of revenge. This kit wasn't to be messed with. Giving Ivykit a light tap on her shoulder with her tail, "Better luck next time." She grinned even bigger, this felt so good to get revenge on that idiot of a cat. As Ivykit disappeared into the nursery, Echokit chanted the cats new names. "Honeypool! Sparrowsnap! Berrypaw! Gleampaw! Eaglepaw!"

Getting up, the she trotted over to her mother and adopted brother. A huge grin was on her maw as she weaved in and out of cats. Now standing in front of her mother and brother, she swiped a paw playfully up at Honeypool's maw. "Congrats, Honeypool!" She smiled, her plumed tail flicking in the background

Thornpaw's eye were bursting with happiness. "Honeypool! Sparrowsnap! Berrypaw! Gleampaw! Eaglepaw!" She chanted the names alongside her clanmates.

She got up and went over to Honeypool."Congratulations Honeypool!" she purred happily, her eyes full of happiness for her friend.
