Mistheart sat there, alone, afraid, and sad! Ooooh, this was the worst! She couldn’t stop the crying.... she’s just a depressed, weak cat. And she shouldn’t be here in shadowclan!! I’m not even useful... no one would mind if I left.” her ears drooped down, why would goldenclaw even care about her ‘feelings’? He probably thought she was stupid!!

Great. Emotions. Goldenclaw didn't sign up for this! Then again, it was his fault she got upset in the first place.... but how was he supposed to deal with it? He shifted uncomfortably. "Uh... you good?" He asked, like the absolute genius he was.

Tired of being angry? Stars , what a snot nosed little thing. Both of them were. One was just significantly less snot nosed. And raised on the beliefs of not killing others? Give her a break! "And what will she do if she ever gets in a battle? Die? Those beliefs won't get her anywhere in life if she actually wants to live." buzzardkit pointed out. She was on bonekits side if anything: it seemed like he was just trying to get shiverkit to stop believing that junk. Uh , besides the whole 'not a real shadowclan' part , though she kinda agreed. Or more like she fully agreed.

The calico would look over to bonekit , who had suddenly combusted into a fit of laughter. Weird. Listening to the younger kits words , she'd nod in agreement. Yeah , she liked this guy. He had a good mindset! Real shadowclan cats wouldn't believe that they should never kill someone , and real shadowclan cats wouldn't be like snot-for-brains-leech over here. "Talk about moody." she mumbled to herself , watching smokekit get angry all over again.

The threat peaked her interest.

"Threatening a small kit , smokekit? Tsk tsk!" buzzardkit gasped , staring down at the black cat. "Dawnstar wouldn't approve. Do you want to disappoint your leader?" if anything , the she-cat bet dawnstar would through the younger tom far out into the territory if she could. Her interest only grew as smokekit seemed to become increasingly angrier. Her fur bristled at the comparison of bonekit to rogues. Pah! He was nothing like the rogues she had met! If anything smokekit was more similar to the rogues she had seen. "I'm his friend , so is berrykit and maplekit." wrong. She had never interacted with bonekit before this , but nonetheless she was on his side and figured it'd make things more interesting if she lied. "But do you have any friends ,leech?" she questioned , jabbing him roughly.

The coward part made her raise a brow. Well , bonekit was certainly much less of a coward than smokekits sister. Quiverkit or whatever her name is , she didn't really pay attention when he was saying her name. "You act real tough for a baby. I don't really recommend that." she said again , aiming a jab at his ribs this time. It wasn't filled with malice or fighting intent , more of a warning that was saying 'watch your mouth'.

He had a slight grin on his face. If this cat attacked him, not only would Silverkit be the one in trouble because Bonekit had basically been minding his own business, but since Bonekit was also significantly younger that would also make Silverkit be looked down on. Though, if this cat stepped down, Bonekit would never let him live it down. He gave Buzzardkit a side glance before turning his full attention back to Silverkit.
Oh, and if I were you, I'd stay out of everyone else's business. You see, us real Shadowclan cats don't require your nosy gibberish.
He said the last part with heavy poison.

"Kits, stop fighting," she growled, completely the opposite of her usual happy nature. The kits taunting each other had angered her.
"Real ShadowClan cats don't TAUNT each other and treat them like kittypets around every bend!" she mewed.

Bonekit snickered at Buzzardkits comebacks to Silverkit. He tried to remember her name. He was pretty sure it was something like Vulturekit or Buzzardkit, but he couldn't quite put his paw on it. Either way, he was starting to really like this kit. Maybe he had finally found a friend after all? Before he could add his own two-cents, Hopepelt nearly made him jump out of his fur. Switching back to his innocent-kit mode, he turned to Hopepelt with his head dipped apologetically.
Sorry miss Hopepelt! I'm not really sure what Silverkit was angry about. I should have tried to calm him down and see what was wrong instead of arguing with him.

Smokekit stared at the kit ans simply shook his head "sorry hopepelt" and he was he knew he was hotheaded and he had probably been a little over protective. He turned to bonekit and buzzardkit and smiled at them "it was nice talking to you two" he turned and padded away off to find his sister.

Ascloud walked over, she had seen the kits argueing over something but wasn't really listening, but when she saw hopepelt walk over she got up and walked over "is everything alright?" she asked concerned.

Maplekit seemed to appear out of nowhere behind buzzardkit "well buzzardkit I didn't know you spoke for me. I don't bonekit" she cast a glance over at the cat and turned back to Buzzardkit "haven't you caused enough trouble for one day? Do I need to get mother to bring you to the nursery and sit on you." she said this in a teasing way and nudged buzzardkit.

Hopepelts sudden arrival made buzzardkits eyes widened and fur stand on end from surprise. She quizzically looked at bonekit , who had started acting like a whole different person once the warrior arrived. What a two-faced little thing! And why were they apologizing? She sure wasn't going to apologize for saying what she wanted to. If anything , hopepelt should be the one apologizing since she stopped the argument just when it was getting interesting? She turned her attention to smokekit , who was making his leave. Rolling her eyes , she spoke up. "Sure , sure." Nice talking to? Yeah right.

"Maplekit!" she gasped , spinning around to look at her sister who had appeared out of nowhere. "Don't scare me like that , and I was using your name for good! You can ask bonekit." buzzardkit huffed , leaning against her putting all of her weight onto maplekit for a few moments. "I didn't even cause the trouble this time , for your information. It was leech..." oh yeah , she probably shouldn't call smokekit that in front of maplekit and hopepelt unless she wanted to get lectured. "..smokekit who started it." she clarified.

She wondered if she should snitch on smokekit and announce how he threatened bonekit. She'd do it later...probably , for now she was focused on maplekit threatening to get her mother to sit on her , even if it was in a teasing manner. "Maplekit , you're evil! I'd get crushed!" she cried out , smiling and nudging her sister back. The she-cat would look over to bonekit , speaking up once again. "I have to go now or else in going to be crushed by my mom! But let me know if you're ever arguing with someone again , I'll jump in." She said the last part quietly. She was still on his side from the argument.

"Maplekit! Let's go back to the nursery , if I tell mom about this , she'll be on my side. I know it!" buzzardkit exclaimed , bounding off towards the nursery. She'd stop at the entrance for a second to gesture for her sister to hurry up , then would disappear inside the nursery.

To Bonekit, apologizing wasn't really that big of a deal. It actually made him look a lot less evil if he was the first to say sorry. Kind of the best was to humiliate his enemies, in some cases. He laughed on the inside as Silverkit padded away.
Ha! Coward! And here I was thinking I could get a decent fight!

Bonekit turned to the other cats and nodded in agreement to what Buzzardkit said.
Yeah. I was just minding my own business and Smokekit came up to me all mad and stuff, then he started threatening me and that's when Buzzardkit jumped in.
He wasn't technically lying. He was just leaving a couple of things out, not saying they didn't happen. It was still the truth.

Bonekit twitched his whiskers at Buzzardkit and replied low enough that the adult cats couldn't hear.

Skyleap was... bored. She had nothing to do. Maybe talking to the kits will help, she thought. They're always so full of energy. So, she padded into the nursery. Vinekit was the first cat she saw in there. And then he bounced right out. She followed him.
