Thornpaw looked up as a she-cat approached."My name's Thornpaw, not tiny" she snarled at the large cat. Why do cats have to call me names? She glared at the cat."You're an apprentice, but if I'm tiny then you must be..." she paused and then continued with a smirk."Twoleg. Twolegs are huge so since I'm 'tiny' then you must be a twoleg. They also name their kittypets different names then their original name. You have the same traits as a twoleg! How cool is that?" She purred the last two sentences, happy with herself.

Sunnypaw looked in shock at this little she cat “okay jeez I was just being funny” she purred and said “I like your. Attitude Thorn paw would you like to go hunting some time” the big golden she cat asked.

She looked up at the apprentice, her eyes full of friendliness."I'd love to!" she purred happily."I didn't catch your nae by the way" she told the she-cat.

Thornpaw hadn't paid any attention to Sunnypaw's pelt."Oh right, your pelt" she half murmured to herself and half murmured to the she-cat."A stroll? Right now?" she asked.

Irisflame could feel the steady trimming in her head, the echoes all around. She'd been hearing them all morning, as if taunting her. That's sure what it sounded like. She'd been avoiding any social interactions because of the stupid noise, and also because of the fact it echoed whatever the cat said. The clearing was like torture. It was as if an explosion of recurring noise had just been thrown at her, and it had taken her a while to pad past it. But she knew what it meant. It was a vision, wasn't it? Icestar would be happy, that's for sure. The echoes faded as she entered the den, eerily quiet. Or perhaps it was just the absence of echoes.
"Icestar? I know who...the next medicine cat apprentice will be." She mewed, clearing her throat. She decided to get this over with as quickly as possible, "It will be Echokit, and I would like to conduct her ceremony at the Starcave first before it is announced to the clan."

Foxpudge gave Whiskernose a smile before his attention was fully on Icestar, doing his best to remain a straight posture despite the screaming of his leg.

Did he want to be an elder? No. With sixty odd moons under his pelt he felt like there was still plenty more work to do, but his leg... refused to even properly heal. With toms of rest and a careful eye on it.

It didn't settle well with him, but he recognized the importance of this decision when his injury was something that would only impede his ability as a warrior
