"I-I... well..." it took her a while to remember. "I worked in some energy fields as a data harvester. I didn't get paid much. They only gave me energy rations-- no shelter or anything... but it helped me get by."

"I hope you don't feel lonely with me. I do hope we do get to meet more of your kind. It would be nice too. The cycle is almost over, do you want to go to the station?" Chris stood up, with a hand held out for her. "It was nice hearing your story. Maybe you could tell me more once we get back to Argon City?" He smiled, and waited for her to take his hand.

She stood up with Chris' help. "Sure, let's go. It's just difficult for me because... it's hard to remember sometimes."

"Wasn't our train home, huh?" She looked up at him with a look of sympathy. "Maybe we could find someplace else to stay for the night. Does Purgos have any hotels or anything nearby?"
