At Mudhound's glance, Wolfpaw could only shrug. Beyond the nervousness of a ceremony, he wasn't sure why the kids were acting so stressed. He didn't have a lot of time to focus on Timberpaw and Swanpaw though, as Bumba began speaking. [ @Rani sort of a response 2 u even tho not much ]

Wolfpaw's confusion didn't stop him from stepping toward his mom, but he was wondering what was going on. Couldn't she just point him out by praising him? Seemed more practical than this, but he trusted her judgement.

Sunleap cheered Timberpaw! Swanpaw! Echopaw! Wisppaw! Elkpaw! Mantispaw! Salamanderpaw! Sunpaw!

After Beetlepaw signed to her what was happening and what the names she was supposed to cheer were Sheeppaw cheered Timberpaw! Swanpaw! Echopaw! Wisppaw! Elkpaw! Mantispaw! Salamanderpaw! Sunpaw!

Beetlepaw wanted to cheer but well she was mute so she simply smiled.

Her single blue eye fell onto Sunpaw, the other clouded over and useless. She had gotten a new apprentice! With a friendly smile, the large black and white she-cat rose to her paws and turned to greet the new Sunpaw with some vigor.
"That's my name!" Skunkstrike purred, "And you, lil miss bright-eyes, must be Sunpaw!" She chuckled throatily, "Look forward to seeing what you can do! Well, ya know, with just the one," She pointed a claw at her ruined eye. That blasted RiverClanner would so pay for that....

Her head turned up when Bumblestar called a certain apprentice forward, and she motioned for Sunpaw to sit so that they could watch.

There he was. Bumblestar's tail swept once across the ground as Wolfpaw stepped up. Her expression was neutral, but clear pride glimmered in her eyes.

"Wolfpaw. I've been watchin' you since day one, 'n I don't think I can truthfully say I've ever seen a stronger progression from anyone in this Clan. Your bravery's been admirable, your devotion to your Clanmates commendable, 'n your strength in battle is more than enough to make each Clan we go up against regret ever crossin' us. No matter how many times you get knocked down, you always come back harder." The poison, the snake, the battles against ShadowClan and against the fish, none of it seemed to deter him. "You represent everything this Clan strives to be - your victories in the raid are proof enough of that, 'n anyone who ever tries to discount that'll be sorely mistaken."

"For your strength, your courage, your passion, I name you Wolfhive. Warrior of ThunderClan, 'n Hornet."

Eyes closing briefly, Bumblestar leaned forward to press her nose to the top of his head. "I'm proud to call you a warrior. Prouder to call you my son."

With a clear of her throat, she stepped backward, raising her head to lead the Clan in a chant of his name. "Wolfhive! Wolfhive! Wolfhive!"

Mantispaw noticed that Nightgaze seemed sad. She had been Fawnpaw's mentor hadn't she? She was pretty sure that the two had been quite close. She remembered clearly how Mushroompaw had barged into the camp, signing that he had found Fawnpaw dead in the territory and then fainting. She didn't think it had been even a moon ago, perhaps not even half a moon ago. Nightgaze would still be grieving for her former apprentice. She smiled at her mentor, not sure what to say. She knew grief, yes. She had lost her parents around five moons ago, when she was barely a moon old, Ivykit had vanished a moon or so ago, and she hadn't seen Pinekit for around half a moon. At least she still had Wisteriakit. Even back then she had quickly understood that her parents were dead and she would likely never see them again ever or perhaps when she died, though she wasn't certain that they were in StarClan, where she would hopefully go where she died if StarClan existed. She was almost certain that they would be in StarClan if StarClan truly existed, but she wasn't sure that it did and hadn't been since around when her parents dead. Oh Wolfpaw was a warrior named Wolfhive now! She cheered Wowfhive! She had already known she couldn't pronounce his prefix correctly, but it wasn't fair to him for her not to try to cheer his name. @The Doctor

Redhawk - ThunderClan Hornet

At the glance that Foxpaw gave her, she shook her head just the tiniest bit to confirm that her suspicions were right - but she didn't do more than that. To her it was kind of cute that Elkpaw still thought he had killed a snake; and what kind of cat would she be if she killed the imagination? "And it saved us all," she purred as her tail tip came to boop the younger cat's shoulder. "Foxpaw doesn't speak," she let Elkpaw know as she smiled, glancing from her newest apprentice to Foxpaw. "Perhaps I'll take you all out for group training sss-some time," They were all varying ages and in different parts of their training, but one day together wouldn't hurt.

Glancing at Elkpaw now, Redhawk took a seat once more. She was glad he seemed to be getting along well, and hopefully training all three would be a breeze. Her attention was stolen when a familiar name caught her ears. Wolfpaw? Was... was the kid becoming a warrior?? Immediately her attention was on the two, pride shimmering in her gaze. Ever since their talk-slash-training in the territory, she'd had high hopes.

...And she was right. A new warrior, and a new hornet.

"WOLFHIVE! WOLFHIVE! WOLFHIVE!" she chanted along with her Clanmates, the biggest grin and brightest gaze ever present as she watched the newly named warrior and hornet. ThunderClan had certainly gained a formiddable hornet in him, and she was proud that he was getting the recognition he deserved.

Blazepaw was being reassigned to Spiderthroat? The deputy? It's not like he was totally shocked or amazed by it, though he was glad Bumblestar at least assigned him to a warrior who most likely wouldn't disappear or never train him- like what was happening to so many of the other "mentors" in Thunderclan. Blazepaw wasn't sure where Opossumsnap went or if he was ever coming back, but he wasn't going to miss his old mentor's insanely grumpy attitude. Hopefully Spiderthroat wouldn't try and drag him by the scruff during their first training session and fall asleep while teaching him, hah.

Blazepaw joined in on the cheering for the new warrior, Wolfhive, albeit with less excitement then some of his other clanmates.

Huh, Foxpaw couldn't speak? Elkpaw tilted his head in confusion, copying the other apprentice's silent greeting. "How's that work? Do you not have a tongue or something?"

He turned around once the meeting moved on, distracted by the sudden excitement. It got really loud randomly, but he was also loud and he wanted in on it. "WOLFHIVEWOLFHIVEWOLFHIVE!"
