Sparrowsnap licked her jaws thoughtfully once the tom offered her the choice of a frog. She had to admit, it did sound pretty good at this moment.

And I might as well eat something with how beat-up I am, she thought, her maw watering.

"Sure," Sparrowsnap mewed. "And uh... thanks, I guess."

Twistedflame nodded and disappeared. A few moments later, he returned with a frog in his mouth. He dropped it in front of Sparrowsnap's paws and sat back down. "So, why are you moping?" He meowed, hoping to start a conversation.

Sparrowsnap sat up, and instantly she winced at the effort it took to perform the mere movement. But the tantalizing aroma of the frog that dangled from Twistedflame's jaws seemed to extinguish the pain she had just had only a moment before.

"Thank you," she purred softly. With that she dug her jaws into the frog, eyes closing in satisfaction as the juicy blood of the creature filled her mouth.

Once finished, she straightened up and averted her eyes from the ginger tom. "Well uh, I don't really know where to begin. I escaped the camp with a RiverClan apprentice -- Berrypaw -- and launched an attack on this cat called Slashthroat; I met her in the Dark Forest. Anyway, we retreated and... Well, you can guess what happened: Icestar punished me, says I can no longer travel out of camp without the company of a warrior."

"That was mouse-brained." The ginger tom yawned. He wasn't surprised Icestar knew about that. What he didn't know was why. "Well, I know Slashthroat and I gotta say, what you did was pretty brave. Especially if Slashthroat fights like a mouse." Twistedflame mewed.

"Yup. We're tied with one point each," Ribbitkit mewed, scampering back across the nursery to stand in front of the goal. Plopping down, he got ready to block Littlekit from scoring a goal.

The warrior shrugged languidly. "I guess," she muttered. Suddenly her eyes bounced up to meet the orange tom's. "Hey, you're a warrior, right?" She perked up, leaping enthusiastically to her paws -- she didn't even wince at the movement. "Maybe we could go out somewhere. On a walk?"

She dashed at him head on, carrying the mossball in her tiny mouth. She ducked down, and it looked as if she was going to try the same thing as before, but she wasn't going too. @Puddle~

Snailkit was beaming like a ball of sunlight under his mothers appreciation. Postisive enforcement was practically a god when working with the small brown blob of kitten chub. A squeaky, broken purr began to tumble out from the wobbly kitten as Snailkit attempted to bump his little round head againist his mothers left, rubbing his soft kit down upon her own fur.

"Ma! Frosspow helped 'e find you!" Snailkit wa practically vibrating. Before the white apprentice could leave his blue-green sight, he had toppled over to give him a bump of his own, even if Snailkits attempt to show him affection was more like a baby goat practicing head butts.

Frostpaw took a few slow steps back, intent on leaving before anyone could notice him when the feeling of something bumping into his back leg caused him to turn back around. The white apprentice looked down at Snailkit curiously, then recalled the kitten's words about him helping find Crocusblaze. Unsure of how to respond to that, he swiped his paw forwards in an attempt to bump the kit in his own show of... affection? Playfulness?

Briarsong looked around, tired. She yawned and streched in the clearing, bored. Maybe that was why she was tired, she was bored. Briarsong looked up at the sun, wondering, lost in thought for the fifth time today.

Falling for the trick, Ribbitkit assumed Littlekit was going to try the same thing as last time. He got prepared to drop down if she passed underneath him, not prepared for the fact that she was about to do something completely different.
