Lily felt like she had a purpose in life when she was with Luz. Luz gave her a sense of feeling that everything would turn out alright. That I do have a place in this world. She would protect this human with her powers and life. Lily bit into her apple again, listening to Luz. "I've been trying to learn new spells as well, since you were born with no magic, but you're an expert, so that made me think that I could learn spells myself, but they never work. The only one I've been able to do is li-" Lily covered her mouth before finishing that sentence. That was way too close for comfort. She almost spoke about her power. "I-I mean, um... A spell to help plants grow faster. Th-that's it..." She looked at her tray, sipping her milk from the carten.
