Dapplebreeze nodded, and said, "You'll be good apprentices though," she explained. "And then you'll become warriors if your mentor thinks you've done good."

Squirrelkit piped in, "I wonder how much time's left before we're six moons old..."

[For reference, they are about 5 months and 2 weeks old.]

She'd giggle happily.

Amberstrike looked at the kit, unsure of what to do. "Love you too," she said, unenthusiasticly, but Amberstrike wasn't cruel enough to push her away.
