(you mispelled my name no wonder I didn't get the mention)
Cranberrypaw felt helpless as she watched. Part of her wanted to simply laugh and go fetch Shinefang, but she couldn't just betray Gorsepaw, she closed her eyes and breathed before meowing," I'm coming!" she began climbing the rocks and reached her," Hmm...your tail's stuck. I'm sure Shinefang can amputate it." she muttered as she gave a weak tug at it.
(Omg sorry! I must've been typing fast and clicked the buttons in the wrong order! So sorry!)
"I think Shinefang is going to have to!" The tabby yelled as she pulled her tail out with a hard yank. She shuddered as the pain spread through her body. Her tail was bent at an odd angle, fur missing from the end and blood gushing from a deep wound. "Ouch! M-my tail! M-my B-beautiful t-t-tail!" The apprentice exclaimed, tears in her eyes as she shook from the shock of it all. "Would you mind escorting me to Shinefang?" Gorsepaw asked more quietly, now slightly embarrassed.

Cranberrypaw nodded,"Yeah, Just remember when we jump down that you won't have as good balance with your tail bent. And your fur with grow back anyhow." she meowed not wanting to give her hope on Shinefang making her tail straight again.

Cucumberpickle had been flattering Silverslash for the past two moons hoping she'd finally say yes, he finally was fed up with waiting Don't snap when asking. He approached Silverslash carefully," Silverslash, have you concidered my offer to be your mate?" he asked carefully he didn't want to press.

He gulped slightly," Well...what did you decide?" he feared that she decided not to be his mate, but he didn't say anything. He just silently panicked.

"I have decided that I have kept you waiting for a sufficient amount of time." She stood and padded towards the fresh-kill pile.

Gorsepaw nodded, grateful for CranberryPaw's "help" but still appreciated the apprentice staying with her. They walked slowly through the clearing and stopped outside the medicine den. "Coming in?" The brown tabby mewed.
His gaze curiously flickered over to them as they simply sat there in silence for a moment after he had thanked the medicine cat, unsure of what was stopping them, where they about to sneeze or something? No, they just seemed fairly stunned or taken by surprise from his voiced appreciation of their actions. But eventually they seemed to get their bearings back and were able to reply, Grousestar taking another bite out of his food as he listened. His head nodded quickly in agreement before he in turn replied, "That's very sound logic, and logic I must say I agree with. You know, and forgive me if I'm overstepping my boundaries, I can't help but share the truth and my opinions with you, but you are a very mature cat for your age.
I believe Shinefang told me you only recently received your medicine cat name yes?" He paused to lick his lips before continuing on. "I know when I was your age, I had no such responsibilities like you did, I played around a lot with other apprentices and lived a fairly carefree life. I couldn't imagine what you're going through now, and how busy you are. And so young too!" Grousestar shook his head with a small huff of exasperation. "If there's anything I can do to help you, please let me know."
you have no idea. they wanted to say that, but held back their tongue. "I believe maturity doesn't come with your age, but with your experiences," they replied simply. they had been through...alot, yeah. starting from the very beginning with the death of their father, along with the on going night terrors that still are an ongoing issue. and losing cricketpaw, and almost losing their life in the flood. and losing geckoleaf. geckoleaf...hmm. they wouldnt call themselves a veteran, or a war soldier of some sort, but they had learned a few life lessons way to fast. because of that, they had always been blunt, realistic, and sometimes rude because of that. it was rare to get a thank you, which is why it caught them off guard. "But i appreciate it, ill be sure to keep that in mind if i need anything. it makes me more comfortable when i know the personality behind the face of a clan. it was only a few days ago i learned what your name was, skyclan has always been a mystery to me, honestly." they admitted. they grew up only knowing the other three clans, and they were fairly young when skyclan rode in as swordmen to save the other clans from the ongoing evil era. they only knew them as the cats from the moutians, or atleast from the stories queens would tell them when they were young. they felt comforting now getting to know grousestar.
"I have decided that I have kept you waiting for a sufficient amount of time." She stood and padded towards the fresh-kill pile.
Cucumberpickle blinked What kind of answer is that, does she mean she doesn't want to be my mate or she does. He followed her looking totally confused.

She paused," I don't see why not." she meowed kindly, she wanted to help Gorsepaw in anyway possible. (should she come it?)
