Sandy poked her head out from behind the rock. She let out a hiss at Blackblaze then she turned her head back around and slumped down (she has grumpy cat face on right now). "What. Do. You. Want?" she asked as she glared at the ground.

"What's wrong Sandy? Are you okay?" Blackblaze rounded the corner of the rock and saw the molly's grumpy face. "Oh no, what made you grumpy?"

Amber eyes watched as cats came and went through the entrance to the Shadowclan camp. As they watched, they longed. The black she-cat they belonged to was glad that things were back to normal, with Timberstar and Halestorm back in command of the clan Nightleap belonged, but there was a certain longing that had shaken her since the battle with Skyclan. Could it be because she had stayed out of the fighting?

Nightleap let out a sigh, and got up from her shaded spot that she had been laying in most of the day. She padded toward the fresh-kill pile, taking a quick survey of whether or not she needed to go hunt. She hoped that Hailstorm wouldn't mind, and honestly didn't think the deputy would. She then started heading toward the entrance to the camp.

"Uh, good, I guess. It's pretty quiet out now that Timberstar and Halestorm are back, huh?" she asked, trying to make some sort of conversation on the way toward prey. She tried to speak softly as to not disturb the prey, and walked lightly, sniffing the air as she went.

Silverkit lay in the nursery, the young silver kit's blue hues sparkling lightly. Although her expression was fairly glad, her feelings did not reflect that. Her memory went back to almost a moon ago when she had met Timekit. Hey, where is Timekit anyway? She thought with a small smile. The kit glanced around for him for a minute, her tail twitching back and forth as she did so.
The silver she cat looked at the other kits, playing and laughing...why isn't it that easy for me? Why couldn't it be easy for me to make friends, why did I have to be born like- like this? Silverkit thought, looking down at herself scornfully. She wasn't a fan of the way that her personality was. She wished she could be more friendly, more outgoing, and most of all...not a shy cat. At least I've got one friend. Silverkit thought with another small half smile. It looked a little awkward; but it was there, all the same. She glanced around for Timekit again; perhaps they could play a game or something, or maybe they could talk. She wasn't exactly sure what friends did.
Timekit was her first one. She yawned and stretched out a little, rolling over onto her side as she did so.

Lurking in the shadows to the right of Silverkit, a bright orange tabby crouched; doing a fairly horrible job at disguising himself due to his color and markings. He stood as still as he could but Timekit still wriggled a bit with anticipation as he prepared to pounce. With a tiny squeak as his war-cry, he lept, landing just to the side of his frien; figuring it wouldn't be nice to just randomly tackle her from nowhere. He pinned her tail to the ground in triumph, as if he had caught the most massive piece of prey ever. "Hi, Silverkit," He chirped, lifting his paws to let her tail go free. "Thank you for acting as my hunting practice target."
The tom would soon be appointed his apprentice name and a mentor, so he was getting as much practice as he could with any of the cats he knew well enough. Of course, he didn't know this she-kit super well, but he did consider her a friend. "What have you been up to?"
