Seeing the ThunderClan molly look to Dimshard, his partial gaze hardened and he gave a sharp hiss at the two of them. “They are half-clan kittens and they have no place in RiverClan.” Snowleap remarked, “Now be smart and follow your mate. I’m not going to ask again.” Dimshard was exiled. Iceshard was banished. As the tomcat walked out of camp, the tall dark-furred deputy forced himself to scowl at the pregnant queen. “Get out! Skystar demands it!” He huffed, hoping that would get the message across. He prayed to StarClan that this would be the last time either of them bothered him.

Hearing another cat’s voice sound from beside him, the RiverClan deputy turned to see the familiar face of Mintyleaf. Snowleap uttered a gentle sigh and shook his head, looking down at the ground for a moment. “If I could, I would let them stay here. I have no problem with outsiders or even halfclan kittens.” He said, knowing he would be a total hypocrite if he did, “I just know Skystar wouldn’t allow it. You know how he is.” The dark-furred oriental longhair was exhausted and wished that they would’ve called anyone else to deal with this situation, because it made him feel bad every single time. “It is not my decision to make.” The golden tomcat's reign was only beginning, but everything felt like a mess. He wished things could be better.

Shimmerbird was too exhausted to resist and allowed herself to be half carried by Skystar while doing her best (and failing) to support some of her own weight on her paws. "I-I'm sorry for causing so much trouble... I just. She was dying and I didn't even realize," the Shield mumbled somewhat incoherently, eyes flicker to Cinderpaw as they were dragged to a corner of the clearing by Snakeheart. She could only pray to StarClan that they survived, otherwise everything Shimmerbird had done would be for nothing.
