Ok so a left and a left ...A loopty loop....aaand where did they say it was again? Oh snap! SHe forgot ! She even lost the group! Nononono , Panicking Vernal was staring to loose control of her bike. Eyes widening and arms wobbling she tripped over a bump in the road and it flung herself off the bike. This caused her to scream , the bike had went back into its baton form ...but she was still in mid air . and who was that? Where was she?...oh for the love of the renagde... CRASH! she went .

Paige saw the whole thing. She wasn't amused as most programs would be-- instead she felt concern.

She dismounted her bike and took fluid strides toward the fallen program, helmet retracting. "Don't be alarmed, you're not in trouble," she said as she approached. She was well-known across the city for being one of-- arguably the best of-- Tesler's elite soldiers.

They didn't know she'd been a medic before she was recruited though.

Huh? Opening her eyes to look at Paige only caused her to wince and grab her head with a hiss. Shoulda worn a helmet shoulda worn a helmet ....OW! she even tried to get up from her fallen position but that hurt too. Her muscles burned and were begging for her to stay still . " in ...tr...trouble?... Wh-where am I?...who...are y-you?.." she half hissed once more. Note to self.... Pay attention ...and wear a helmet ...

"You drank the stuff they provided, a few micros went by, and then you started having a seizure," Skye said. "Nothing to see here, he's fine now!" she called to the onlookers. "I'm commander Paige, a soldier of Tesler's army. I happened to be on patrol just now, and I saw you crash; it looked pretty bad. Would you like me to provide medical attention? I am a trained professional." She knelt by the program's side.

"Oh. Do you know what was in the drink?" Chris asked. He walked in the direction of his apartment, he would use his bike when he was about halfway there. He held Skye with one arm and found his bike with the other. He returned to holding Skye with two arms and kept on walking.

"Had to be some kind of narcotic, judging by the seizure. Pavel's used things like that on me before, but never one that strong. At least... it didn't have the same effects on me as it did on you." She breathed a sigh. "I'm glad you're okay... but I can't help but wonder what would have happened if it was me instead..."

"You would have survived. The weapon would of let the poison go away, but there would be a lot of pain. " Chris said. He saw a bench, sat Skye down, and pulled out his bike. He broke the baton, and his bike formed. He hopped on and asked Skye if she needed any help getting on.
