Ok she was VERY intimidated by her. And something about it just told her not trust her further than this. Heart going a mile a minute from panic , fear and dread and any other emotion that's kin to those , she did her best to hold them back. Pain still present " uh...um...s-sure?....I just w-wanna know if ...my head would be ok.." she replied in a shakey voice. mara zed..beck....where are you guys?!... HELP!

"You don't need to be afraid of me. I know I have a reputation for being quite the fighter, but... I do have the capability to be hospitable." Paige mentally sighed. This was what the people thought of her, wasn't it? Some programs outright disrespected her-- those were the ones she always had to deal with. She didn't stop to think about the ones that cowered in fear whenever she came around. A lot of Beck's fellow mechanics were like that. "Let me see your disc for a moment."

"sure? ...and its n-not that ! I... " she said as she handed Paige her disc "your just..intimidating... Sometimes. A-thourity scares me... I don't - know anything else...I'm..new here " sometimes the truth is better than nothing .

Paige hummed in acknowledgement. "I get that a lot. Don't worry." She flipped through the screens to find the program's code, and activated a healing subroutine around the injuries on her head. "Your code says your name is Vernal... nice to meet you," Paige said, extending a hand for her to shake. "Your head will heal in a few cycles-- just make sure to wear the proper protection if you plan to do any stunts like that again."

Her eyes widened hey privacy here! .... but at least she didn't have to introduce herself again. She gave a small smile and shook the commanders hand ,ok off to a good start . "ok, thanks....and it wasn't a stunt! It was the roads fault " she grumbled . Getting up , the pain seemed to have ebbed away to the point where she was able to stand it. Until a sharp pain shot through her back causing her to hiss. "Again thanks for the help and nice to m-meet you too , um where am I? "

"You're in the southeastern quadrant of Argon; not far from the main square. And you're welcome; I don't get to use my natural medical talents very often." She handed the disc back to her, and muttered about the state of the city. "I suppose the taxes aren't doing their job well enough then. I'm not programmed for civil engineering, but I think the programs of this city deserve better. Especially if they're this unsafe."

"Hold on!" Chris sped off, and it was fast. He pasted others lightcycles, and he could see the apartment after a few micros. He slowed down, and stopped at the apartment. He got off, and waited for Skye to come off so he could retract it.

Putting her disc away she mentally cursed at herself shoulda payed attention ... she gave her a nod . " well I'm definitely far from that club then..." she sighed and stretched her back out. She did sort of hear the city part but she chose to ignore it she doesn't seem that bad... Maybe I should give her a chance .. "so ...commander huh?..sounds cool. " she complimented as she tried to start a conversation.

Skye followed his lead and dismounted the bike, standing near him. She waited to see where he'd go next.
