Croakingpaw opened his mouth slightly and realized how well he could smell the prey, so he scented a frog and dropped into a crouch before throwing himself forward, but he misjudged the frog and slammed his paws just shy of the frog.

Pebblefall didnt say anything, she didnt want to give away her position to the shrew. She quickly pounced on the mole-like creature, and bit down on it's neck.

Croakingpaw nodded to Pebblefall as she caught a mouse before he started skimming for some other prey, his eyes landed on a mouse, he crept forward before pouncing it and biting it’s neck.

Driftstep dragged the name out as they staggered across the clearing, taking short wobbling steps but nevertheless making their way over to the friend and flopping down on the ground beside them and starting at Fennelhaze with their cross eyed wide eyes. Fennelhaze had been staring off into the distance, focusing on nothing in particular. At least... it was nothing until the she-cat heard a voice that had become quite familiar to her. Driftstep. Perking her ears she turned to find her friend already close, sitting silently as she hoped to avoid getting crushed this time. She could deal with it, Driftstep was a wonderful friend after all, but it certainly wasn't ideal. Greeting Driftstep with a soft nuzzle, then getting booped quite dramatically herself... Fennelhaze actually registered what they were saying.
"Frog hunting? Frogs are... uh... those things that jump, yeah?" Fennelhaze got in a crouch and quickly tried to imitate the jump of one of those so-called frogs, landing on top of Driftstep with a hearty laugh. "I could be a really good frog! Did you see that jump?" She wasn't quite big enough to cause her friend to tip over, but now she was hanging on to their pelt like an adventurous kit. "Carry me away, mighty Drift! On an adventure to the laaaand of frooogs!!" Fennelhaze wasn't intent on moving as she hung lazily on Driftstep's back, unable to stop laughing like an idiot. Today would be fun, she could already tell.

@Undertaker (he’s mellowed out since he hasn’t been training a lot, he be back to being a big meaner in no time I’m sure lol)

Dawnstripe felt the paw slide along her flank, mildly surprised that he was keeping his claws sheathed, had she been training as an apprentice with Icestar she would have unscathed her claws. Different times she supposed.
"Good, if you start using what little brains you have, you might actually be a challenge for me one day." she praises and insults all in one, glad that he had not just stood there and taken her attack. She crouches low while lashing out with a forepaw again, aiming to knock his paws out from underneath him.
(Great, because Dawnstripe wouldn't tolerate his mellow attitude for long and would purposely try to upsetting him off because he's unintentionally annoying her.)

Blackpaw felt one paw come out from under him and rolled to that side as she had already swiped there. “Thanks I guess. Also, I’m not stupid, just out of practice, my mentor left without telling me.” He partially growled. Both Weaselblaze and Hornetsting has both left without a trace and it still stung.

(He would totally use claws, he just wasn’t allowed to in the clan before)

Blackpaw padded into the nursery, bored and hoping some kit would like a training session or maybe even just bug him. Boredom will be the death of me. He thought.

As Irisflame stepped in front of her, too take control of the situation in her eyes. Echopaw let out a snort. She had it under control! Why did Irisflame need to step in! Wiping around back to Fawnleap, she plastered a content look on her face. "They're all beautiful." Honestly, she didn't know what to say in the situation. The birth had been very hectic and stress inducing.
