The yellow warrior stepped forward to touch noses with her new apprentice. "I look forward to training you," Stormstrike said.

"Me too," Snailpaw said smiling. She had never interacted much with her old mentor, so she hoped Stormstrike would be better.

Re: WindClan Breezerock
Birchpaw nodded. "I still need to go to a gathering before I become a warrior", she said, wondering what it was like to sit among all the other clans, including Starclan. "Once I become a warrior, I'll be able to fight those coyotes that forces us to flee our home.'

Twistedpaw flinched. "Be careful," she meowed. "Even if you're a warrior, those coyotes... they could tear you apart!"

Re: WindClan Breezerock
Lilypaw found herself jumping just slightly with nervous energy when Twilightstar brought her up. She should have perhaps realized she would be part of the announcements, but perhaps she'd spent so long trying to keep out of the attention of others having it on her sent that familiar uncomfortable feeling through her as she noticed the extra attention on her.
The calico felt at the least, less like she would run and hide with her friend next to her. But she still found it hard to meet anyones eyes until the one called Silvercinder walked in front of her. The were a she-cat, older than her. Lilypaw gave a nervous smile to her quite greeting.
"Thank you, I hope we get along." she murmured as well in greeting.
The sound of a vaguely familiar cheer of her new name caused her the already flustered molly to jolt again and turned wide eyes in the direction of another molly. Lilypaw tilted her head towards the approaching warrior and her light green eyes lit up in recognition.
"H-heathernose, correct? I-I'm happy to see you healthy and not...um...bleeding out and woozy." she stumbled over the other she-cats very loud apparent excitement.

Re: WindClan Breezerock
"We all almost died, but we got better," Silvercinder chuckled, hoping she also found it funny and not depressing.
"Hello Heathernose." She gently greeted the approaching warrior. Oh, wow she's pretty.
"You seem awfully excited for her! Do you know her from staying at the Waterwhat'sit at Shadowclan?" That probably sounded kinda mean, but she wasn't meaning to

What a fickle concept it was in truth as he looked at Lilypaw and then looked back at the camp. It seemed to go so slowly... but his time along with Irisflame at the border, working on his issues... They'd passed like the thrill of a hunt passes when the rabbit dies. It was a concept he preferred not to think about. He wasn't even that old! But somehow, being one of the oldest, if not the oldest, in duty active Windclan warriors was... disconcerting. It wasn't like him. But then again he wasn't anywhere close to old. He was just.... old in regards to his look on everything. His depression had taken so much out of him... that now he was left sadly, with a more pessimistic and cynical view on the world that he did not wish he'd gained. But taking in a deep breath, he sighed and then shook his head, resting against Lilypaw but for a moment. He needed to regain his composure. Her showing up, and now this... It all caused a turmoil of things in him that he wasn't particularly a fan of. Deciding to move on he focused on her words, instead of the mess that was his thoughts. "Yes.. Camp is slowly getting there. Time is all it needs now, no helping paw can aid it more than the aid of time." Moving along, he pointed to the entrance that had finally been restored, "That's the camp entrance as you probably know," and then pointing with his tail towards the nursery he nodded, "That's the nursery. There is a whole bunch of kits in there... And one has a tendency to trip you up, so watch out." The last part was laced with mild amusement. He sincerely hoped that Cornkit would not run into him this time around. That would provide... an extremely awkward situation for him to say the least.

Lilypaw let his smaller frame rest against hers as they stopped and she took in the rest of camp that he pointed out to her.
Everything here...it was different, yet the same. Some times, clan feuds confused her. All four clans, they were so alike, right down to what was in their camps. It was all just a different layout and different in the environment they chose to live in. The biggest differences always being cultural.
But the bones stayed the same.
The calico's expression of contentment wasn't focused on one sole thing as she sat herself down where they were.
"It's happening..." she murmured, only loud enough for Breezefeather to really hear. "I'm here, I'm changing everything I've known and how I've lived for as long as I can remember. I'm both terrified, and ecstatic. I want to cry, because I'll only ever see my sister at the gatherings, but happy because...because I want to try really, really hard and make a life for myself here."
I want to be there for you too. Is what she didn't say, too embarrassed and too scared it may be too much, too soon. She caught the disbelieving look in Breezefeather's green eyes and didn't want to overwhelm him anymore than she perhaps already has.

Re: WindClan Breezerock
[ @Spiderfrost @Rainquail ]
Heathernose smiled as the once named Daisybloom recognized her.
“Yes,” she purred, chuckling at the latter comment, “thank you! I’m glad not to see you while bleeding as well!”
Her tone was friendly and amused as she spoke, but she soon realized she might be interrupting the meeting, so Heathernose pulled back with a murmur of,
“I’m glad to see you again! Let me know if you need anything, or just a friend. I’ll check in again soon, when it’s not your ceremony!”
With a wink to accompany her last words, Heathernose sucked shyly back into the crowd, not wanting to make a scene or hold up Twilightstar. Then, though, she heard another voice speaking. Heathernose turned to Silvercinder and offered a warm smile. She didn’t know the other warrior well, but they were clan mates and Heathernose would never have treated her as a stranger.
“Hi, Silvercinder,” she chirped in a friendly tone, “yes! I met her in the water barn. I remember her kindness and concern for others and I wanted to welcome her! This world could do with kindness and I always try to remember those who exhibit it. I’d like to be of help if you ever need it!”
Heathernose beamed at Silvercinder. The tortoiseshell molly didn’t see the rudeness of forgetting a name of something in a mother clan’s territory and rather saw the other cat’s sweetness in addressing her and asking for her relationship with Lilypaw. Besides, Heathernose only felt happier and happier as she made new friends and she hoped that Silvercinder could be another to brighten her day as she strives to brighten hers.

Re: WindClan Breezerock
[ @Puddle~ ]
Applehaze was indifferent to all of the bickering going on at the moment , trying to mind his own business until the leader would start talking once again. More or less so , he was more interested the sky , well , the clouds in the sky to be worried about the bickering. They all looked so...fluffy? He wasn't quite sure if that was the right word to use , but he'd use it anyways. He couldn't think of another word either! Being a cloud must be fun He thought with a flick of his tail. If he was a cloud , he'd want to be a large and intimidating one- mostly the opposite of what he was currently.
The warrior hadn't noticed Twilightstar speak up again until she was halfway done calling the apprentices themselves. Oh no! Had he missed anything important? Looking around , he wasn't sure. Everybody seemed normal , so he assumed he didn't. His assumption became the truth once Twilightstar started announcing who would be mentoring the apprentices. They definitely weren't kits turning apprentices , why did they need new mentors? The pale tom thought to himself for a moment , frowning slightly. After a moment , it hit him hard. “Reassignment!” He gasped to himself , realizing he had said it out loud , and quite loudly. “Oops,” He said in a lower tone , in an attempt to excuse his previous words. He felt bad for those apprentices , hopefully they get assigned a good mentor!
That's what he hoped , until his name was called. It took his brain a moment to properly register it. Me? Mentoring an apprentice? He thought , letting out a slow and steady hum. On the exterior , the tom seemed calm. However , on the interior he was expressing emotions he wouldn't openly. I don't have experience with mentoring! Though , maybe that's why Twilightstar assigned him to mentor....who was it again? Purplepaw? Uh , no. That's definitely wasn't it. Oh yeah! It was Puddlepaw , not Purplepaw. A moment later , he heard his name called by someone , definitely , other than Twilightstar. Standing up from his spot , he tried his best to navigate his way to the feline who had called his name , only to be met with an apprentice. He should've expected that.
The light tabby examined the younger cat for a few moments. “You're Puddlepaw? Right?” He questioned. He didn't give enough time to answer. “I'm Applehaze! Nice to meet you.” He said. He slightly regretted the last part , but they hadn't met before , so he felt it was necessary in a way. Training an apprentice can't be too hard , right? I just have to teach him what my previous mentor taught me..and a few extra things He thought. However , the problem with that was , he had forgotten half of the things his previous mentor taught him. Ah-- oh well! He was sure he could still teach this apprentice lots of things , it wouldn't be extremely hard.

Re: WindClan Breezerock
Echopaws ears perked to her name, she took a deep breath and gave breezefeather a quick nuzzle on the chest before trotting to the front of the cats, a shy and proud smile on her face. She stepped out from the crowed of cats and stood before twilightstar, before dipping her head.

Cherrypaw ears flattened a little when she heard her named get called, but she quickly lightened up when it was just her getting a new mentor. She smiled a little and bounded over to her new mentor, "hope you're better than that traitor foxpoo." Cherrypaw snorted and touched noses with Silentwhisper.
