Specklepaw called out as they ran back to the kit not getting a chance to even glance back at Pondwhisker. Once Specklepaw got to Mudkit once more they went to pick him up again and ran back to the nursery. Specklepaw looked at Pondwhisker when he reached the den.

"He wont stay put!"

Specklepaw called out through the scruff of the kit. ~

The gentle voice that reach her ears from the direction of her aimed strikes threw her off and something instantly broke loose inside her. Another Warrior talking to me like I’m useless! She was aware, painfully aware, of how her ailments made her different and how that made everybody look at her differently. She looked younger than she was which helped nothing, but she was sick and tired of being a kit and cats treating her like she was just a mouse to be coddled. The resentment and anger bubbled up like a hot spring, fueled by the soft tone of the warrior in front of her. She ducked as the foggy form moved closer to her, growing larger in her vision, and backed away, tripping over her paws and growing dizzy in the disorientation, but righting herself before she hit the ground and lunged at another of the shapes, hopefully this time she got it right and went for the intruder as she parted her jaws, aiming to scratch and bite whoever her target was.

Two kits attack him so Brandon backed up a little. He looked at Mud'kit. Since you attacked me, this cat will get hurt. And he tried to claw Speckle'paws face and tried to slam him down, then turned to Heron'Kit. Since you attacked me, this other cat will get hurt. He tried to claw at Pond'whiskers throat then push him over. He looked at Koi'pool. Since you attacked me, this cat will get hurt, He tried to twist Bird'paws leg and kick her over. This cat was special because his Boss's Dad had killed her before. Yk that cat that killed you a long time ago, well he's dead but his daughter is alive and she'll be coming to take care of you. And she's a lot more skilled than Bone was, so watch out. Then he stood up and ran to try and attack someone else.

And just like that her contentment was gone. Springing to her paws at the commotion, Moonfrost watched as an intruder was "attacked" by a few kits. Dashing forward, she placed herself behind the kits, letting out a series of quick, hoarse chirps to get their attention. Hopefully the little cats would pay attention and stop throwing themselves in harms way.
Come on now children, please stop!
The black tabby lashed her tail as she watched the cat begin to lash out, aiming at various warriors and apprentices that had leapt to action. Before she could react, she felt a presence behind her.
As Wolfsong approached her sister's flank, she barked out an order.
"Kits, get back right now!" Wolfsong growled, blue eyes glaring daggers at the intruder. Turning her gaze for a moment to Gingerfrost, the ranking cat in the area, she gave a nod, ready to act if given orders.
Silver tabby pelt bristling, the she-cat took a protective step forward, willing to assist at a moments notice.
(Wolfsong and Moonfrost have opted to Assist Defender, and will block a blow on a comrade willingly should one of you desire)

~ Specklepaw had been looking into the nursery while still holding Mudkit to look for a queen to take the kit while Specklepaw went for Crowkit. That was until they heard 'This cat gets hurt' and he looked over with wide eyes hoping that none of his clanmate were the victims to that. Before Specklepaw could realize they felt claws in his face the apprentice dropped the kit and dropped down around Mudkit and wrapped around him protectively incase the rogue tried to hurt the kit ignoring the pain that is now on their face. ~

Mudkit squeaked as he and the apprentice fell, and the young tom popped his body out of the protective cat. "Are you ok!?" He mewed quickly, licking Specklepaw's face. Oh no, he wasn't brave! He was an idiot!

"Who're you calling a clumsy newt-?"
The little tom huffed when his littermate carelessly brushed against him, more surprised by her closeness than the painful hiss that followed. Of course. He hissed his response back, feeling hurt and resentment to her constant (almost) bullying settle in the pit of his stomach. As much as he tried to like the dummy, she seemed to have it out for him and he hated that. this was the exact way the other kits treated him too, and he hated that his own sister was, on occasion, a part of it. Of course he denied any claims of clumsiness when clearly she had not been paying attention, but deep down the skin and bone tom knew it was true. He was a clumsy newt. The worst. And he hated that, he hated that she and the other kits were right on the matter, even if mother said otherwise. He could tell.

In a worse mood than ever, Elkkit settle back to watching the blurry figures dance around each other, with the fuzzy voices whispering around him. How annoying. All he could clearly tell was dummy Heronkit joining the fray, and something quite frankly felt off about it all. He hated this too. Gritting his teeth, the smaller than normal tom got up with an irritated huff and got closer. Intruder? He couldn't make out any clear sounds, it was too overwhelming with everything around him and he just wanted to curl up and scream because of that, but he could just barely make out that these half blurry cats were fighting! Including dummy. He looked around, trying to make out anything clear until his gaze settled on Heronkit. They all tried to get the kits away, except for him. Clearly he must've been too small to notice until now (how insulting).
"WHAT THE HELL"
The frail kit unexpectedly screamed as he reached his sister.
"WHAT'S GOING ON? WE SHOULD LEAVE"
He tried to grab onto her, so he could take her back or something. This wasn't right.

Gingerfrost couldn't believe the amount of kits running out, and the mess that was warriors and apprentices trying to get them back, and the mess of everyone attacking this intruder. His teeth gritted in irritation. Nope. He wasn't having another situation like last time. Sweeping his gaze over the crowd in a hurry;
"Specklepaw, Birdpaw, Darklight - Get these kits out of here, now. If they don't, I will personally make sure all their ceremonies are all delayed."
That last part was mainly aimed at the kits, so they would abide. The toms irritated growl didn't show any sign of white lies, or annoyance and a refusal to have anyone deny.
Intentionally bumping into Pondwhisker and looking to Moonfrost to get their attention, the tom signalled with his tail for them to block the entrance should Brendon try to escape with one of the kits. Then there were Koipool and Wolfsong - the earlier already attacking the intruder who was also throwing hands. Turning to Wolfsong,
"Cover the kits and those getting them out; don't hesitate to attack should he get too close. try not too kill."
He whispered to the warrior, nodding for their understanding and giving a look to make clear their top priority were the kits and apprentices. next, the actual intruder. He wanted to go about this peacefully but guess not. Unsheathing his claws he jumped up behind Brandon to try and dig his claws in the intruders shoulder all the while trying to grab his scruff so he could pull the cat down and below him, so he could pin Brandon and growl for his departure. He had half a mind about dragging this intruder out by his tail should he not leave within the next few seconds.

The commotion was becoming too much as the disoriented kit attempted to make sense of the blurring figures circling around her. She could no longer even be sure her attacks had landed or if she was even aiming at the right cat anyway. Helplessness gripped her painfully. Then she heard the unfamiliar voice of the intruder. He was saying something about hurting other cats because of her. Her rough pelt bristled. As if she cared that the intruder was attacking other warriors, they could defend themselves against a mangy rogue and they all pitied her anyways, but the audacity of the tom to attack anybody besides her. Even the stupid, mangy, fish brain was treating her like she was worthless, not even worth retaliating against. A hot fury took her over but now she couldn’t tell where the intruder had gone or what was happening around her.

Then Elkkit’s voice broke through the din of commotion. A warm feeling of recognition washed over her but she instantly pushed it away, frustrated at the feeling of comfort she got from another cat. She growled. ”We can’t just leave! Then who’s gonna teach stupid furballs they can’t just walk their way into our camp with no consequences!?” But her vision was already swimming and she felt a tug on her pelt. Her paws followed unwillingly until the chaos seemed to drift into the background. She shook of her brother as his scent writhed over her and she slowly pieced together everything that was going on. ”I don’t need your help! I don’t need anybody’s help, especially not from you, you…you runt!” She turned back towards the commotion but found her paws didn’t want to take her back into the fray. Her muscles were shaking from the exertion, so much excitement after such a recent recovery. Infuriating tears threatened to sting at her eyes, angry at herself, at the world, at everything that wanted to hold her back. So she stood, stranded in the center of the clearing, away from the battle but refusing to walk herself defeatedly back to the nursery either.
