Why would they be good for the role???-
He is very kind and caring to all of those that needed and need his advice. He is always willing to help his clan mates, and specially help teach his past apprentice more about how to live on with his life, even though he isn't his apprentice anymore. He is easy going and I think would be a great match for the role that you want him to fit in. (Heads up he's about to retire to be a elder. ;P)
