Bullkit is so adorable! I think it would be a great idea for him to follow him around. At first I have the feeling Fog would be annoyed, but after a while, they could become friends! If not, well, we could see where it would lead. So, accepted.
As for Beepaw, I think you got Fog's personality really well. Seeing a cat that's doing so well, yet is so, annoyingly boastful about it- Fog would be sooo done with him in, like, five seconds of meeting him. He might also be jealous that Bee has so many great things going for him- things that my poor angsty child has never had. Respect, lots of friends, even the leader relying on him- it could really brush his fur the wrong way! Accepted.
As for Chickenpaw, I can see Fog trying to get really close to him! He reminds him of his sister, Ivy, and that's someone he's been missing for a while. The fact that Chicken might back away from him when he said something too snappy might help him hold his tounge (at least, when Chickenpaw was around.) He would feel very protective of the tom. Later on, when they've (maybe?) established a good relationship, he might start feeling things for the tom? Just an idea. Besides, Fog is outspoken. (Accepted!)

I think LittlePaw would be that friend who does things for others before herself and I could see her trying to make FogPaw a little more positive even if he might hate her for it c:
