Appearance: Basically Espio the Chameleon but blue, and also the yellow nose goes to the top of his head and also turns blue. From the tip of the "spike", there is a thin, yellow membrane that goes down to the tail.

If he's in the Mobian military, it's possible he can have a "rank" e.g. private, commander, general, spy, etc. I'm not super familiar with how they actually work... But I know a thing or two. It isn't mandatory.
