Kiana shook her head. Sometimes it was better to wait. She heard a noise and flinched, turning around with her teeth bared in a snarl. "Who's there?!" All of a sudde, they grey emptiness disappeared. Kiana saw visions of her pride, drowning in a great flood. They all yelled one thing: "KIANA!" Kiana was rooted to the ground, she couldn't move. Her dream froze. At least that was a relief. Kiana watched as a strange shape stared at her. You could help them, you know. Kiana jumped. "What?!" Me. She could imagine the shadow smiling with amusement. I can help you. "No." Follow me, or let your pride perish. "NO!" I'll be back each night. "Ugh..."
