As the Queen of two tribes, it was safe to say Queen Manticore was trying to gain control over more.

The LeafWings would be an easy start. She knew the cowering planty Dragonet-esque Dragons should be easy to take over. Then eventually the Phyrria tribes would all be under her rule. Of course, she could only daydream. But expressing herself as if she was the Leader was a good start - exactly what she was doing at the moment.

The Two Moon Ceremony. With the NightWing's City having a small sight to the sky, they were all the Tribe's time reporters. Events like full moons would be broadcast to all the other Tribes. The Two Moon and Three Moon Ceremonies were particularly important to all the Phyrrian Tribes, and though Queen Manticore didn't care for such things, she and her subjects went along with it. After all, what harm could it do? Their Kingdom had introduced scales as a currency instead of merely trading all the way back when they had gone underground. As her Mother had once said (before she died, of course) - it was the least they could do.

The Capital's Arena was pretty grand. This was where the majority of inter-tribe celebrations were held, as well as the challenges for the Throne in any tribe. Decorations were already up for the coming celebration and there were Citizens already beginning to mingle in the center of the arena. She landed on a large stage setup, which boasted a raised platform for every Queen and areas to sit for their two chosen representatives. Manticore landed on her raised section and nodded to a Dragon who was manning a horn, preparing for the sound that would call all the Dragons ready for the celebration to the Arena.

The horn was loud. Very loud. It echoed around the well-lit cavern that was the Capital and called every Dragon to the Festival with the impossible-to-miss roar that it was.

A note for Queens: I was gonna pm you guys but might as well do it here. If you want to create a desc of your Tribe's city, you can post it in sign-ups! If not I recommend you get another royal member/me to do it so that people have a reference handy. I will also be contacting you about lore soon. were gonna hype up the place

Shelly sat down looking a but tired yawning and stretching her wings as she looked over smiling softly, she enjoyed things like this she also appreciated that she was able be in a small pool of water as-well, she liked being around Manticore she found her amusing at times as well as strict but she respects her mostly “ how are things Manticore? Well I hope”

Blaze wa there because his queen and tribe was, he honestly didn’t care for celebrations then again he didn’t care for much of anything nowadays but he went out of respect of the his queen and the one hosting this

Queen Arctic raised her head to the sound of a horn. The arena! She flew toward the Capital's Arena with a few IceWings behind her. This should be fun. She flew up and sat on the ice throne she made herself, between the NightWing and RainWing queen's thrones for watching.

Mothflight's ears perked up. Oh no... I was the arena horn. She followed the other dragons to the Capital's Arena. She flew up and went back down. She pushed herself to get a good view of what's about to happen.

~~Princess Nightfall~~

Princess Nightfall flew with her mother to the Capital's Arena. It was one of her least favorite thing to do, but at least she got a good view. She put herself upfront. She spotted the SilkWing/NightWing hybrid in the back. She flew over to her, grabbed her talons, and brought her up to sit/stand by her to watch.
(I'll need a little help on making the IceWing Cave Map. A starter would help out a lot!)

Borealis was talking to Cattail when the horn sounded. His ears perked up and his vision turned to the center. He saw his mother fly to there and he quickly followed. He made a little spot close to where his mother sat, propping to a straight sit to look regal.

The small NightWing egg shone in the light. The little dragonet could feel something happening. What was all the commotion? He had to find out. The egg started hatching, a small crack appearing on the side.

Mothflight gasped as the princess of the NightWings led her to sit next to her, by the queen of the NightWings. She couldn't believe it. Sounds of an egg cracking made her look out at the dragons gathering to watch. She spotted an egg that was starting to hatch. "That egg is hatching!" Mothflight cried.

Nightfall looked at the SilkWing/NightWing hybrid. An egg was hatching!

Cattail held the egg in her talons. Wait, why was the attention all on-oh no! The egg in her talons was hatching. She looked to the sky. Was there two full moons? "Cattail, run, or they'll know you stole the egg!" Cattail listened to her friend Borealis and dashed away with the hatching egg, trying to dash away from the crowd. Or, trying to blend in with a huge span of mudwings she ran into.

Cattail craned her neck back to see a dragon chasing after her. "Go away! You can't have my sibling!" She shouted, clutching the hatching egg tighter. She dissapeared into a corner full of MudWings in a large market.

Cattail didn't hear her as she dissapeared into the crowds. "Cattail! Is that you?" Shouted a farmiliair voice. A dark red MudWing with brown under scales came over. "Canetoad!" She shouted, dashing over and embracing the MudWing. "I thought the gaurds killed you!" "No, no they didn't. I escaped in the middle of the night. I kept looking for you everywhere. And now your back." He smiled.

The two MudWings were smiling at eachother until Mothflight crashed into Canetoad. "Cane!" She said, grabbing him right so he wouldn't fall. "It's ok, Cattail. I'm alright." He got up, brushing himself off. But then he turned a bit growly. "What do you think your doing? This is the MudWing marketplace! Not for other tribes!"
