She felt something creeping up on her- no doubt her commander or someone who thought it was a good idea to pounce her when she was trying to enjoy whatever scrap of time she had left.

She dodged the current of air that alerted her, swinging her tail out.

He was a bit impressed, not like he'd ever admit it. His small invisablity time ended as he looked at her. "At least you are still aware." Cherryfrost grumbled, sitting down on the cold ground. "Although your aim was off." He sniffed, looking at her with a frown. He gazed at her, trying to remember her name, although it really didn't matter to him. Only Stormcaller and traitors.

Standing in the herb den, Mothflight was sorting herbs, wondering when Stormcaller's rule will end. She didn't think of it often if at all. She sorted herbs, bored.

She gave a crow of laughter. "You try aiming your tail at a dragon who's invisible! And even if I did make the shot, what are you going to tell the others, General? An eight-year-old broke your jaw?"

He hissed, glaring at the young Ice-wing. "If you would have, I'd make sure your wings were useless. Then, I might get to kill you." The last part made him a bit happy, getting to kill a rude dragon.

Ooh, a prickly one. She shrugged. "Then I've very glad I missed, General. A wingless dragon sounds pretty useless, and a dead one is no good." She tsked. Really, she didn't expect to grate anyone's nerves this early in the morning. Irritating as she was, she knew her boundaries.

He frowned at her for a moment, looking her up and down. The name still escaped him. Guess her new name was Rude Child. "Rude Child, have you even done anything useful today?" He got up from his sitting postion, walking towards her. "Other then trying to break your General's jaw of course."

Novaecho hissed, her wings spread out across the rocks. She lay there, dragons swerving around her to avoid the dragon crumpled on the ground. All these voices in her mind, powerful and overwhelming, she couldn't take it! She instantly grabbed her earring, and the moment it was back on, the voices just...stopped.

"Oh, mother, I get why you wanted me to never take this off. I'm a mind reader, and you were trying to protect me..." She could barely say the words, as tears rolled down the dark green scales on her face. Her mother's last words made much more sense now.

'Novaecho, don't remove your earring, ever. You will be better off this way, my lovely dragonet.'

(Open for interactions, was bored so this is just meh.)

She jumped. Rude... child? How absurd. She was only stating the facts, and was tempted to spit this back into the general's face, but thought better of it.

She cleared her throat. "Patrolled the outskirts, sir. I investigated a dragon's home- third time this month. He was yammering on about how Stormcaller was a sham and we were traitors to try and follow him."

He's wrong... right?

His frown deepened as she spoke. A dragon spreading absurd lies? "I hope you killed him. Or at least drove him off." He douted she killed him. "W don't need those type of dragon's spreading lies." He huffed, streching his wings out for a few moments, like he wanted to deal with the idiot dragon himself.
