Three more people arrived. Then nothing. Lara did a quick headcount of the other Ghost Hunters. Three, four, five... So that was six, including her. The manager with the red bowtie cleared his throat and spoke. He has seen some stuff, she mused. He was fidgety and nervous, it seemed like there was something bothering him. When the phone rang, he just about fainted.
Lara tucked a lock of brown hair behind her ear. What happens now? "So, do we go our separate way, or do we stay together?" Her voice came out soft and quiet, but she reckoned it was loud enough for everyone to hear and not worth repeating anyway. She would see how things went.

"Understood.", Jack responded, advancing toward the rest of the group while cracking the articulations of his fingers in a satisfying (for him) crack sound, he retracted the blade of the knife and put it in a pocket, while adjusting his tactical mask on his face. The S.W.A.T operator noticed that he was bigger (and more muscular) than most of the peoples who were just teenagers.
He remained silent as he was standing close to the group, but someone asked if they had to split themselves up, he sighed... "If you saw enough horror films you should that it's the worst idea... And I personnally had the experience to be alone in my job. Not the best idea I had...", his voice was a bit muffled by the tactical mask, but loud enough to be understandable and hearable.
"I am ash... I am embers... My flames once danced bright. My flames now fade... But it returns from the depths... The fire devours me whole... It's the birth of something greater..."

The proprietor seemed really jumpy in his own place, going almost pale at the sound of the phone ringing. He felt pity for him, Toby seemed truely terrified of his own building, which led Damian to think he knew far more than what he let on. He watched the oddly dressed man carefully, silent phone calls?, a twinge of curiosity sparked within him, it was probably just a prank caller, yet Damian couldn't help let his mind wonder.
The grandfather clocks chime brought Damian right back out of his thoughts, shifting once more so he could see the large wooden box in the room to the left. The pendulum swung rhythmically, metal reflecting off of its glass casing, Damian returned his eyes to the proprietor. So he'd jump to the moon over a ringing phone but is calmed by this racket? that didn't really line up at all. He made a mental note about Toby's equally odd behaviour, before tuning into the the groups conversation.
To his surprise he mostly agreed with FBI guy. Splitting up is the number one nono of horror movies, and this certainly was starting to feel like one, so it would probably be best for everyone to try and stay together. Yet, Damian kind of wanted to go off on his own, he had questions he wanted to ask the proprietor and some stuff he wanted to check out before tweety over there decided she'd peck at any evidence they might find. "Theres what, six of us? We would cover more ground if we split up into two groups, we could meet back up here in about thirty minutes." a good middle ground, from the movies he had seen only groups of two were dangerous, so that should make FBI guy happy.
Ukon jumped as the phone rang, skittering behind Damien. His Black rain boots made a bang sound on the floor when he rain. So, embarrassed, he changed into the sneakers he brought. Also black. He returned to his place behind Damien. “C-can I go with you then?” he asked, his axe in hand. He was out of his usual raincoat, and had just a white, oversized T-shirt on now.
