For the first time in eons. He let out a low chuckle. Almost like grackle, like the begining sparks of embers on a moonless night. "No. I would not possess you." he said, looking back up at the molly. His face once again that of a deadpanned structure, although the faintest hints of a smile twitching at a corner of his maw.

"I would just be giving you...orders. When I send these to you, you do them." he said, once again making a lap around the feline. Gentle, soft ripples in the bog. If you looked close enough you could potentially see seaweed...is it seaweed? "That's all. That and of course you wouldn't be allowed to return back to StarClan. Your stars would be tarnished, and replaced with that closer to a fog instead." tail twitching. If Wrenseeker didn't move, his tail tip would flick against her chin.

"Although, if you don't behave, nor obey. I'll just kill you." he said with no tilt. It was a fact, not a threat, not an offer, not a 'hey I just thought of this' . No. It was a word Magpiewisp would stand whole heartedly behind. "If you really misbehave, than I would just have to posess you...how ofputting do you believe it would be, for you to watch as I march your body to it's death. You'd be helpless." a sigh. As if it were a chore for him to even think about.

"You don't seem the type to misbehave to that extent though. Of course I'd do nothing but assist RiverClan...nothing to sully your warrior name nor the Clan itself."

Dead feline watches with twitching tail tip as the ancient RiverClan cat answers her questions. He seems the most important one here, not only in that he's making her the proposition, but in that the others (aside from that weird.... is that even a cat??) seem to subtly defer to him. Orders are something she understands, something that's easy. In her maw, her tongue curls in an attempt to form her answer, but she waits for Magpiewisp to finish. Forsaking StarClan and, when she dies again, returning to the afterlife in the sticky muck of the Dark Forest was honestly a fate she'd found didn't bother her. It's just the afterlife. So what if she's in the muck and mud?

The promise he'd kill her should she misbehave is not ignored, but when you're already dead, somehow the idea of dying again by the paws of the Dark Forest doesn't sound as scary. She simply won't misbehave.

"Okay," she agrees, tail curling over her paws and expression set. "I can follow orders. I accept this deal."

very interesting, so, so very interesting. dustpoppy glanced between the two as they spoke, yet again paying no mind to the rat among them. "very well, magpiewisp, star-goer, i believe we are just about done here, unless i'm mistaken?" she dipped her head, her gaze returning to the former riverclanner.

"yeah, go ahead and run again with your fish."

A dip of her head to the warden who tells her she's free to return, though she doesn't leave quite yet. There's part of her that wants to be absolutely certain she's actually allowed this. The other warden, the one she'd made the deal with, Magpiewisp, is met with eyes that blink slowly at him, a gaze that will not see again once she returns to the living world.

"I'm going to make an educated guess and assume I will be allowed to return given the deal. I'll wait for your orders when they come."
