As Frog'Fern began to exit the nursery they let
out a soft sigh, their own kit looked like the father
as usual but it made them feel sad as if they
relived the memory of what happened to the father.
They sighed the past was the past and their kit needed
a parent figure before anything terrible happened.
Without knowing it Frog'Fern tripped on something
..No someone. They let out a grunt as their chin hit
the ground first while they tried to keep their rear
up. Using their front paws to lift themselves up then
spun around "Ay! Why are you laying the walkway"
Frog'fern licked their lips as the matalic tang as little
blood came where they had bit down their lip.

Storksong was decidedly bored, and that was never good for anyone in RiverClan. Boredom for the young tom often meaning leading cats onto nonsensical tangents and proverbial rabbity-trails until he had them so tied up in knots that he could not take it any longer and broke into fits of snickering. It could also mean taking solo treks to the more dangerous edges of the territory in search for “inspiration” and to satiate his desire for more information - sure, curiosity killed the cat, but Storksong knew better than any cat that satisfaction brought it back.

Today, however, he was in a responsible mood. He was a grown tom with an entire apprentice for stars sake; he could do something useful for the clan. The flame-point drifted around the clearing, almost absentmindedly, humming under his breath as he did so. Ah yes! There! With a newfound spring in his step, the poet approached his target. “Good day!” There was sincere joy in his greeting; any day of leaf-fall was a good day. “I don’t suppose you would care to join me on trek into the territory? I intend on finding some prey to restock our rather low freshkill pile~“ The warrior let a beat pass and a small smile form onto his space. “That is, would you like to go hunting with me?”
