Blackpaw shrugged, ”She has stubby legs. She can’t jump, she want to be a warrior.” Frecklepaw shook his head. He know his brother would be mean because Blackpaw had a hard time being nice to anyone he didn’t feel responsible for. Freckle could tell his couldn’t take anymore so for once, he would take on something. ”No kidding?” Freckle said as he walked tword her. “Hey, I’m Frecklpaw and I believe you’ve met my b.... friend Blackpaw.” He said remembering he didn’t want anyone to know. Blackpaw scoffed beside him.

Frecklepaw glared at his brother, knowing good and well he had done something. ”Hey, I’m not here to mess with you, look I know how you feel. I’m pretty small and my only friend is Blackpaw. But I’m working through it.” Frecklepaw said trying to show he meant no harm. ”Can we go on our patrol and leave the darn cripple here?” Blackpaw hissed in annoyance and a bit of regret.

Smallpaw looked at Frecklepaw, calming down a bit, but at Blackpaws words, she hissed. "I'm not a cripple! It's not my fault I was born this way!" She snapped at Blackpaw, tears coming to her eyes. @ Mentallyunstable

”Blackpaw, I love you but can you go away for a bit?” Frecklepaw asked, his heart breaking as he said the words, he felt like he was betraying his brother. Blackpaw smiled down and the warrior his brother was becoming before giving a lick to the top of Freckle’s head and padding away. “Hey I’m sorry about him, he’s kinda mean sometimes.”
