Sighing she shook her head ad then began moving forward in an imitation of the crouch that Qucksilver had dropped down into. Slowly, ever so slowly, she crept forward and balancing her weight in her hind legs, the short legged apprentice knew she wasn't as fast as everyone else - despite not liking to admit it! - and therefore would have to get closer before she went in for the run. The chase? Was there a difference, she would have to ask Quicksilver later. Yet she was there and would now try... to like actually go for this. Tail straight, eyes focused, the little molly pounced and managed to grab onto the rabbit, but before she could the rabbit was off again and running. It wasn't going to get away! Pumapaw hurried after it and the molly managed to throw herself at it - not exactly gracefully - but she got it down to the ground and instinct set in as she bit down on its neck until she heard the crunch. Looking at the rabbit at her feet she just smiled at Quicksilver. "I'm not as useless as you would think."

The silver tom remained where he was on the rise as he watched Pumapaw finally get to her paws and begin stalking towards the rabbit. Maybe with less mouthing off, she would actually learn more in one training session than she was currently learning. Blue eyes narrowed, the tom watched as she leapt and made a fumble, the rabbit easily slipping out of her claws and making a run for it. It must've had a damaged foot or something though, because as Pumapaw managed to catch it, Quicksilver couldn't understand how. She hadn't been balanced at all, and had completely wiped out. Quicksilver had far more balance than that when running, and he didn't even have a tail to help him. Padding over, Quicksilver gave a small shake of his head. "Look at that. You managed to get dust and grass all over yourself and the prey. Very appetizing." The tomcat then turned, inclining his head in a different direction. "Now that you know how it feels, I'm going to demonstrate how to actually catch a rabbit."

Dawnpaw trotted out of the apprentice den, happily going over to her mentor in excitedment, as she waited to be instructed. @RainbowQuail

Moonpaw relaxed. "Fine." She hoped her words were as sharp as her claws.

Breezefeather had woken up to a not so well feeling clanmate so hearing her name called for patrols he shook his head and slowly made his way up to Brindlejaw. "Hey. Silentwhisper ain't feeling to well... I'll be joining the patrol in her stead if it works." Without bothering to listen to the deputy's reply, the silver tom walked over to the excited Rosepaw and nodded, "I'll be joining you guys now. Silentwhisper wasn't feeling her best, so I'll just be tagging onto your patrol for today." With that he sat down and began grooming his chest as he waited for Hickoryfeather and Cherrypaw to show up. He might be the oldest of the entire group... but well, he had patience.

Smolderpaw hurriedly pulled himself to his feet. He hadn’t heard his name called before Aspenbreeze yelled for him and he sheepishly trotted over. The warrior had already slipped into the territory so he followed swiftly.

Alright. Lets go now. Rosepaw, you can go back to camp, or do whatever, but your not coming with us. I don't need the two of you fighting and scaring off all the rabbits. Skunkblaze ordered, already bounding away. @Hazel Nut (Take this to the territory?)

Sparrowkit ran around the nursery aimlessly. She bolted from one wall to the other, leaping like a rabbit halfway through each sprint. And she was so bored. There was nothing to do in this nursery. She glanced around the small den and called out, "Hey! Any kit wanna do something?"
