Braced for attack, Sootflare's paws danced around the feigned swipe at his legs but weren't nimble enough to pull him out of reach of Cricketchirp's headbutt. He let out a grunt as they collided but, instead of letting himself fall, attempted to whip around and grab the other tom by the scruff - all with the intention of wrangling him to the ground and ending this with a pin.

Today... was a.... lady day. Eelpaw had begun questioning her gender and well... today was a lady day as Halfpaw classified it. She was feeling... less like how she did on a guy day and more how she felt like on a tired day but not fully tired day and therefore it was a lady day. She was somewhat clinging to Goosefury, her mentor. Tail was wrapped around his leg and like... she just had to make sure he didn't leave. He couldn't leave her. Not like everyone else... everyone else kept... leaving, kept... leaving. No. Eelpaw couldn't allow herself to think like that, that was negative. But nevertheless, she did. It was hard to look around... this was her first time outside of camp because she was... nice. She didn't leave camp as a kit. Followed the rule. But now the black tabby was staring out on the training island as the realization that she would have to swim out there hit her. Oh no. She could swim... but she wasn't very good at it.

Skidding to a stop, Splashleap waited for Stripepaw to catch up to her. Crossing the small stream to the island, she mewed This is where we practice fighting. Not that we're going to do that now. Leading the way towards the edge of sand, she added Normally there's a lot of cats here, especially with all the apprentices we've got now. @Ikoria the Wolf Pup

Stripepaw was only focused on running as fast as she could. When she saw Splashleap skid it was too late. As she tried to stop she fell over and rolled for a bit before stopping and standing up. Whoops. She didn’t hear what Splashleap said!

Foxblaze sprinted into the training area, taking a lap around it before skidding to a stop. “Alright kid. Run me ten laps at top speed.” Foxblaze commanded. This was her first apprentice so she was gonna do this right.

With a snort of laughter, Splashleap called You alright over there? Did you hear what I said? she asked, hoping but not really caring she had. It wasn't like she had anything super important to do after all. @Ikoria the Wolf Pup
