Daisypaw approached the rock. She haven’t been doing much lately. Mostly waiting to do something with Badgersight even if it was boring. Maybe a Clan meeting would be good.

Oh, a meeting? Ivypaw hadn't been to one since she'd become an apprentice. Her dark brown ears perked up and she stood up, giving her pelt a quick shake before focusing her sharp amber gaze on Dawnstar. The glorious leader stood on the Shadowledge, and from here, it was difficult to tell her expression. Ivypaw padded over and took a seat, her tail wrapping over her dark brown paws. She took a moment to admire her leader. Dawnstar was massive and muscular; Ivypaw wanted muscles like that when she got older. She'd been an apprentice for a moon, and had already started developing some muscles, but not as much as the leader. And all those scars! Most likely obtained nobly in battle. Ivypaw wanted some to show her strength. She also wanted to fight in general.

Robincall had snuck his way in, always sitting in the back and remaining rather quiet in most meetings, he hope it'll stay that way.

Mistlegaze’s ears perked up, staring ahead at the crowd of cats gathering. A meeting? Hopefully for something good... The molly silently padded to the crowd, politely nodding to everyone she made eye contact with. With a small glimmer of curiosity in her gaze, she sat near the back of the crowd, lifting her head and staring at the Shadowledge. Her mind itched with the desire to know what the others were thinking, but she refrained from mentioning it to anyone.

Oh a meeting.... goody. Redshrike was simply in a bad mood today ever hungry belly aching and clawing like the beast the tom truely was souring his mood. It'd been long, far too long, since he'd eaten a proper meal and it was begining to wear on his temper. Windclan was even more disappointing then normal so catching 'rabbit' for dinner was a waste of time with no reward and Redshrike had even resorted to slipping to the outskirts to find a meal. That'd turned up naught too, all he could find were either too diseased or skinny to be worth the trouble. So he was in a bad mood slipping into the crowd to sit beside his kin, his usual partner Grimhound missing in action. "Cousin. I must say you must be upset you daughters been assigned to someone as useless as the useless badger, she had so much potential.... Im surprised youre not campaigning to get Ivypaw assigned to a more... reputable mentor."

Dawnstar peered down at her clanmates as they gathered upon hearing her summoning. Those gold orbs flashed with something akin to boredom as she once again debated on spicing things up by attacking RiverClan. No, she'd wait for now. She wanted to take care of a few things and see how some stuff played out before jumping headfirst into a battle. Plus, she had a problem to deal with and something diabolical she may or may not want to put into action before paw. Only time would tell.

"Whitekit [ @Binx ], Lynxkit [ @Hanukkah Hawkice ], Robinkit [ @Wildwhisker ], Chamomilekit [ @littlelove ], Ashkit [ @error ], Sunsetkit [ @Ravensong ], Spiderwebkit [ @Willowfern (you need to submit Spider to ShadowClan) ], Howlkit [ @NinjaBloss ], Snarlkit [ @Winter Jax ], and Rookpaw [ @Shade. ]." Whiskers flickering, a small smile crept across the leader's face as found that quite a number of kits were ready for their apprentice ceremonies. That meant extra paws to help with hunting when the snow blew in.

As for Rookpaw, as nice as it was to have a new warrior to name, Dawnstar had this feeling that the apprentice would turn on her. It was not that the she-cat seemed to enjoy associating herself with traitors, it was more that there was a lack of loyalty to the clan. These were pure speculations, but she got the same feeling when she looked at Falconfeather. Perhaps it was fear that kept those who held her in contempt within ShadowClan. Whatever the reason, Dawnstar preferred that they left the Clan. Disliking her and how she ran ShadowClan wasn't a reason to outright kill a cat, which is why she hasn't tried, otherwise she'd be piling up a large number of bodies daily. But these cats were the reason she slept with one eye open and had to constantly watch her back within this clan. She'd tolerate them, but not without being uneasy.

Spiderwebkit let out a gasp of excitement, his day had finally arrived!
His day! Spiderwebkit's day!
Spiderwebkit would no longer be a kit!
Scrambling wildly to take his place beneath the ledge, he shot a quick prayer to the Starkitties that Dawnkitty wouldn't give him a badkitty mentor.
"I'm here! I'm pr-present!" He cried, joy flooding his heart.

A dainty she-cat with a pelt of darkness eased her way into the meeting. She took a seat behind some young kits and locked her orange eyes on the ShadowClan leader. Dawnstar appeared to be in a dull mood which meant no fighting, or at least that is how Slyfox saw it. She'd go out hunting again after the meeting, she wanted to make sure that the clan had enough prey to eat. She might see about taking her apprentice, but he's been distant as of a late. It might be better to go herself. As the leader called attention back to herself by naming new apprentices, and what appeared to be a new warrior, Slyfox smiled creepily to herself, the loner of a huntress was always pleased to have more apprentices. It was rare to obtain warriors with the number of cats that went missing. Her mood went from light to downright nasty when she spotted the mass of looming angst from over her shoulder.

The tom slowly rose from where he had been seated in need of stretching his legs. The big brute had desensitized and soulless eyes that swept the area with little interest. He moved with lethal and quiet grace, a shadow drifting from place to place. Once he made a full lap around the camp he returned to his former position and stretched out his long legs. Dawnstar's cry for a meeting interrupted his thoughts, Wildwolf didn't bother moving from where he sat, he was uninterested in what was going on in the clan so kept his distance, his ears still raised to listen to his clan leader out of respect. The tom muscles flexed underneath his sable pelt as he felt eyes burning into him. He found his daughter's, Slyfox's, eyes searing into his black soul with scorching anger. He locked his lighter orange eyes with her dark ones in a challenge, but even he knew better than to start a fight during a meeting under their disturbed leader's gaze. So being the senior warrior that he was, Wildwolf backed down, lowering his gaze, and returned to watching Dawnstar.

Rookpaw hasn't expected her name to ne called out. And after all yhose kits, with no explanation. Was she supposed to be getting a new mentor? But Wolfwhisper was still here! Wait...was she becoming a warrior
Hmm...it seemed almost unlikely but gut feeling buy it dud make practical sense. The black cat sighed and moved forwards towards the Shadowledge, her amber eyes darting mistrustfully.

Ah, there she was. The dark deputy stretched his neck and could now clearly see his daughter attending the meeting. Good, good. If Dawnstar would say anything important at the meeting he wanted to make sure she heard it. He could also see Slyfox, one of the more sensible warriors around. He hadn't spotted her often and guessed she mostly staid to herself, but now she was glaring at on of the older warriors, Wildwolf.

Shrugging away the grim glances between them and returned his attention to Dawnstar and the soon-to-be apprentices, and the coming warrior apparently as well. Whitekit, Lynxkit, Robinkit, Chamomilekit, Ashkit, Sunsetkit, Spiderwebkit, who was the first one to step forward, Howlkit, Snarlkit and Rookpaw who would soon be a warrior. None of the mentioned cats manged to catch his interest in any particular way. After both Antpaw and Meadowpaw had gone missing within a moon of each other he hadn't bothered to think more about them but gone straight to considering the new kits for suitable replacement for the new empty spots. But sadly no one seemed to fit. And he'd rather have an full-blooded Shadowclan kit, rather than an joining cat or apprentice. He wanted someone who would be his apprentice from their apprentice-ceremony until they got their warrior name.

His attention shifted once again as his cousin approached, something that surprised him slightly. The two hadn't exactly talked much, ever. But he could deal with some small talk. Apparently that wasn't what Redshrike was going for however, since he seemed to try taunting Shadestorm, a little at least. The large tom simply shrugged. He had learn that keeping calm was always the best choice when it came to interaction like these.

"While I agree she is talented, you heard Dawnstar at her apprentice ceremony, our leader isn't blind to my daughter's great potential. I trust the leader of our clan to make the right decisions. Badger isn't the mentor I would have chosen, not by a far shot, and I would gladly pick out someone else to train her, but Dawnstar made her choice, and I won't question it." It wasn't some grad speech he had given to his cousin, simply his opinion. Badgerscar didn't seem to be all that great of a warrior, but at least he seemed to train Ivypaw. She would no doubt had seeked out Dawnstar if there was some large issue with her mentoring.

He was already at not the best terms with his leader and was always watching over his shoulder for cats she might chose to replace him with. He wasn't gonna question her choices or plans, maybe give his opinion sometimes - he was deputy after all, while Dawnstar was leader he was deputy and should still help out with plans - but preferably stay out of her path way. Shadestorm would simply have to wait until Badgerscar went missing, and then she could get someone better for Ivypaw.
