Rosepaw let out a small sigh. Of course, he wouldn't know what an apprentice was. He was hardly knowledgable enough to be in a Clan. Putting on a bit of a brighter and good-looking face, she replied sweetly, "It's a cat who is older than six moons who is in training. They get to become a big, fierce warrior who fights and hunts." Her ears twitched. Next thing she knew, this kit might be bringing up that she wasn't all that big and fierce.
Not wanting to be annoyed, she added, "Not all warriors are big and fierce, but they are supposed to be good at fighting and hunting."

Rosepaw's ears twitched. "He asked me," she told him briefly before turning back to Mudkit. Great. Two annoyances, one of them holding a literal tooth. That was disgusting.

Twistedpaw hardly noticed as Barleykit slid away. What had happened about the argument with the tooth? Nevermind that. Pushing away the sudden grief for Cougarkit, she fixed her gaze on Twilightstar.

Mudkit nodded in understanding, his small, fluffy tail flicking to and fro behind him. He looked briefly up at Twilightstar, one of the only cats he really knew in the clan, before looking back at Rosepaw. Hmm, she seemed to be hiding something... not that it really concerned Mudkit all that much. He just assumed that she ate a bad piece of prey this morning or something, "Don't worry, rosepaw! I bet you're really good at hunting and fighting!" he mewed, beaming up at her.

Mudkit giggled as he ran out of the and into the clearing. He quickly found an old, half eaten rabbit that was discarded at the edge of the clearing. He rolled around on it until his scent was semi disguised, and he ran off to hide behind the elders den.

After waiting a while, Larkkit set of to find Mudkit. I'm cooooming. she called, as she bounced after him. She left the nursery, until she smelled a odd scent. Following it behind the elders den, she was surprised to find that it was Mudkit. What are you doing here? the small molly mewed, surprised. I thought I smelled crow-food, not you. @Mumble

"Of course you didn't forget," she meowed to Barleykit, her ears flicking in annoyance. "Mudkit here didn't know - because he was an Outsider and all - so I was being polite." Angrily, she turned away and glanced down at Mudkit, suddenly beaming at the compliment. Not all Outsiders were bad... well, they were, but they could be cute sometimes.
"Why, thank you," she purred to Mudkit. "I am, and so are many other warriors here. It's what WindClan is. We are brave and strong."

Smolderpaw was bored. He wanted to go do something! The young tom couldn’t find Aspenbreeze at the moment- not knowing that she was in the medicine den with her ex-mate- so he figured he’d just head out without her and face the punishment for that later. Technically, apprentices weren’t allowed out of camp without warriors, but he doubted he’d be in that much trouble for breaking the rule if he brought back a nice hare. Still, he didn’t feel like going alone.

Getting an idea, Smolderpaw trotted over to the apprentice’s den and looked around for his friend to go with him.

“Shockpaw?”
