Would Alderstep really survive? He assessed Rabbitchatter, wondering if the warrior could best him in a fight. But why would he fight him? Even if his thoughts were murderous, he wouldn't betray the clan like that. Despite the fact he may never sleep if he had to nest next to the friendly tom again. Alderstep could see the difference in their humor, and he wondered what could've made Rabbitchatter into who he was today. How could one be so different? So...fluffy? Alderstep opened his mouth to say something, then thought the better of it.

And a bundle of daisies was definitely not him. Alderstep opened his mouth, truly deciding to say something this time. "If they were wilted under a fox-length of snow," he muttered in reply, cringing at how awful that now sounded. Yeah, great reply. He reshaped the cringe into a sour expression, hoping that covered up his initial reaction. Alderstep watched as Rabbitchatter stretched again. The eye contact somewhat startled him, and he stayed in his spot, watching the warrior head to the exit. Somehow, it took time for it to register Rabbitchatter had meant him. So, now the sleep stealer was making him collect moss with him? Well, Alderstep could refuse...but serving his clan? That idea won him over. He suspected Rabbitchatter had played upon his loyalty to the clan. Alderstep shook his head and followed Rabbitchatter out, glancing to his nest in a moment of regret.

Rainpaw turned to look at Stormpaw as he was approached by the fellow apprentice. He didn't expect the younger tom to do so, but it happened. Sighing, the young brown tabby apprentice listened as the apprentice chastised him for yowling at Blazekit and Stormpaw.

"How could I know he's blind and deaf?" the young tom retorted with a sneer. "Watch where you put your tail next time, it's crowded. A kit or apprentice is bound to step on it, bite it, or pull it if they aren't careful."

At the mention of sign language, Rainpaw shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know. Your best bet is to ask Butterflyblaze. That's who taught me and Quietpaw. Granted, we don't know much... anyways... I'm sorry for being such a mouse-brain. I never have been good at handling stress."

Quietpaw's presence was more than enough to calm him down and he began purring with happiness now that his sister was snuggling him. He waited for a moment for his sister to get comfortable beside him before speaking. "This is Quietpaw, everybody. She's my sister, and she's... mute. So please, ask yes or no questions if you do plan on talking to her."

Resting his head on his bed, Rainpaw's headache began to ease. Now that the den was a little quieter and less chaotic, the young tom was able to try relaxing. "Thanks." he mouthed, casting a soft glance at his sister. "Are you okay?"

Acornkit titled her head. ¨Mute? Whats mute?¨ She asked, Acornkit didn't know what mute meant and why Quietpaw was affected by it. But she worried it will stop them from becoming a Warrior like blazekit, she shook her head. Blazekit was going to become a warrior like the rest of us, and no doubt about it.

Stormpaw flicked his tail " i'll talk to Butterflyblaze and see if she[he] could help me with blazekit" stormpaw meowed" Mute means the cat can't speak at all all so using sign language is their way of communicating" he meowed to acornkit" hm? If blazekit can learn to get around and understand what he is learning he would make a great warrior but you can't force Blazekit to become a warrior starclan might have a different plan in mind for him but who knows either way I know Blazekit will serve the clan somehow" he replied

Acornkit looked at the sky and blinked. ¨Im going to take a nap.¨ She said. She turned in the direction of blazekit. ¨I think he needs a bath. I can smell him all the way from Seastones!¨ Acornkit chuckled playfully. She walked over to a small corner and slowly blinked. She kept one eye open to watch for any hawks that thought it was a good idea to snatch up blazekit, and she slowly fell asleep.[/SIZE][/COLOR][/FONT]

Stormpaw looked over at bazekit seeing what acornkit meant the tom sighed" alright" he meowed getting up and picking blazekit up then returning to his nest the tom began grooming the young tom* i hate doing this* he thought regreting this

Blazekit did his usual trying to sit still
