Acornkit stopped bouncing, "Sorwy." She then laid down on his head, wanting to hear more about these 'baby bufferflies' as she calls them. "Have you seen one befwore?"

The scent of blood forced the memories of her battle with that RiverClanner. And her brother's death. Sighing to relax as much of her mind as possible, the young warrior continued forward into the den. I have to do this. For ThunderClan. The scene alone was enough to make a warrior throw up a hairball or look away, but all Flameheart could do was stare in horror. Thoughts were unable to form in her mind. All she could see was the red blood pooling around the kits and the queen. Oh, dear, StarClan what have you done?

"It's best to clean the blood first. I don't think any one of us wants to be stepping in it." she murmured, lifting a paw to see if there was any blood sticking to her paw. A little, but at least it won't be a mouthful. "We can think of names for the kits while we work. Everyone okay with that?"

Shallowshiver wasnt exactly eager to enter the nursery again, but they were determined to make sure they were buried with respect. Both the queen and her kits. They werent worried about the blood that would inevitably seep into their fur, though. After all, their paws had already been stained with blood like this once before. But this time, there were more casualties. It was... a grim thing to have to see twice, but for a small second they found themself thinking 'at least I didn't end up like that'. Immediately they internally smacked themself for the thought.

When Flameheart began speaking, they gladly turned their full attention to the much younger warrior, "I agree. Everyone grab some moss or whatever you can use to soak up the blood. Make sure not to spread it to any of the other nests" And with that they quickly got to work, doing everything they could to avert their gaze from the cold bodies that laid next to them.
