Blizzardkit pranced around the clan. Jumping into the melted snow. The mud on the ground stuck into her paws and made her feel sticky, but she still enjoyed the feeling nonetheless.
Her tail did a little wag as she jumped into a little pile she made herself, laughing and smiling when the snow would cling to her fur and melt into her skin. She had been playing for hours out in the snow, burying herself in piles. It felt wrong, being in so much pain but feeling so happy at the same time.
Was snow supposed to hurt? Blizzardkit looked down at her paws and realized they were bright red. It hurt every time she walked on the ground. It hurt every time she would touch something cold. That was pretty often. But she didn't want to stop playing. But her paws hurt so bad... But she was having fun? Why did her paws ruin it?
She played with the snow some more, clustering it up into piles and smashing them down. Pretending she was defending "Snow-clan." from the evil Snow-cat clan. It was good fun until the snow slowly turned into water. "Aww there's no more snow : (" Blizzardkit drooped in sadness. Now that she didn't have anything to distract her from the pain in her paws (Which now were starting to peel off the skin.) Blizzardkit started to cry. Looking around for something else to do, she turned towards the camp entrance. Surely there's more snow out in the territory?
But Blizzardkit would get punished if she left camp. But she really wanted to... But she didn't want to get in trouble! Besides, she was due for her apprentice ceremony soon. It would be terrible if she would have gotten that stalled because she made some stupid decision. If I sneak out, nobody would notice me! Blizzardkit peered around. Pretending to look like she was just some other goofy kit exploring the camp. She got closer and closer to the entrance. Slowly sneaking out.
(Open.) (Blizzardkit has small Frostbite on her paws, and I'm have her almost die of Hypothermia when she gets out of camp. )

She/her | 20 moons | Mind Reader, kitty softpaws A sleek dilute tortie she-cat with green eyes
"Does it look that bad..?" The leader asked as Birdsnow bumped her, an embarrassed smile worming its way onto her face. She'd done this her last leaf-bare with Scorchedhollow, but neither of them had been very good at it. Seems that some skills don't just magically improve. Honestly, she's surprised it resembles a cat enough that that's what Birdsnow assumes at first. Although, her deputy was a fair bit older than her, so maybe she's seen plenty of badly made snowcats.
She's about to open her mouth to accept the help when a little kit comes careening into her pile of snow, knocking part of it off and skidding to a halt right between her paws and is then scolded by another kit.
"No, no, Eaglekit's alright, don't worry, Tulipkit. I was just... trying to make a snowcat, nothing important." She smiles down at the two, though she feels a little silly for indulging in the dumb activity anyway. She's still young, but she's also a leader. Is it taboo for leaders to engage in these activities? Probably not, but will it make her seem... unserious to the other cats? The kits probably wouldn't care, but what about the others?
And then there's more cats here coming to see what's going on and, oh stars, why is this so embarrassing??
"Oh- uh, I'm just... making a snowcat? You're welcome to make some as well..?" A little sheepish, tail flicking nervously behind her, Lark turns back to face her snow-not-really-a-cat with a forced smile. Why didn't she realize cats would come and ask what she was up to??

They/he | 13 moons
a small fluffy calico cat with green eyes
Snakeclaw made their way over to Larkstar and the cats surrounding her, waving their tail in greetings, “Hello everyone, what’s going on over here?”
He looked down and saw the partially destroyed snowcat, “Oh! Are you building a snowcat Larkstar? These are so much fun to make!” He was practically bouncing with joy.
“This one looks a little sad though, did something happen to it?” They frowned at it. He noticed the snowy kits looking a little chastised and he purred in realization.

"Oh." The calico replied feeling guilty for yelling at Eaglekit. "Sorry, Eaglekit." She meowed sheepishly with a small smile to accompany it.
She then turned back to Larkstar, tilting her head when their leader mentioned snowcats. "Snowcat? What's a snowcat?" She inquired with curious eyes. When Larkstar invited them to join she brightened up excitedly. "I want to make one too!!" Then she paused for a moment. "Wait. How do I make one?"
Eaglekit
RiverClan
she/her | 3 moons
[Golden and white fluffy tuxedo tabby with green eyes]

The Lark leader lady looked down at her with such a nice expression, and told her that everything was alright and she wouldn't be kicked out for breaking the... snow... cat? Interesting! She began to purr loudly, her big green eyes staring up at Larkstar. "O-Okay! Can I help? I wanna build one!"
Eaglekit eyed Tulipkit as she apologized, looking warily at her. It seemed for a moment she wouldn't accept the apology, but then she brightened, tail curling up over her back. "'S'okay! Come on, let's build a snow cat!"
Flutterpaw darted into the clearing, fur spiked and eyes wild. She hoped so desperately she wasn't too late and Garlicfeather hadn't been attacked yet.
She made a silent, desperate prayer, before screeching as loud as her breathless, frozen vocal cords could cry;
"We need help at Sedgewater Valley! There's a- a-"
Flutterpaw coughed from the cold air, wheezing for breath she hadn't caught since sprinting over.
"A fox! I was hunting and it nearly attacked me, it's still nearby and it's big,the paw prints were twice- maybe three times- the size of mine! It chased a rabbit right into me!"
Her eyes were desperate and pleading as her tail puffed up up twice it's s
size.
"We have to go, we have to make it in time! We need two or three strong cats, at least!"
Flutterpaw's gaze raked the clearing. "I don't want Garlicfeather to get hurt, we have to get there before..." Flutterpaw couldn't bring herself to say too late.
[Open! Mention me and other people who have decided to come. Wait until Flutterpaw leads the way to Sedgewater Valley! First come first serve! I'll quote the ones chosen in Sedgewater Valley when they arrive]

Eaglecall's ears perked up. Fox? In sedge water Valley? "I'm coming! I wanna chase that fox into those rabbits we call Windclan."

Wha.... Wait--- Fox!
Deerspark straightened up, his mind no longer groggily and slow from the sudden shift in weather. To be honest, he wasn't really enjoying the snow.
"I volunteer!" He called out, his voice loud and sharp, almost like a wail.
While he didn't mean to screech, he believed he got his point across.
His muscles started to tense. Was he really fit for it though? Oh for Starclan's sake! He's a warrior! He can handle a fox.
Flutterpaw, massively relieved at the two cats who'd said yes, she nodded in gratitude, in a way words couldn't tell. One mentor she'd lost already...
She won't lose another. A feeling of responsibility flooded her chest. No matter what, this fox would be attacked!
Gosh, Flutterpaw was certain this Fo would be Crowfood within minutes. "Lets go, I'll show you where!" she gasped, and nodded to the who warriors again, nose quivering like a rabbits and flicked her tail. "T-thank you."
She stammered quietly, hazel eyes wide and truthful, before remembering how rushed she really was.
With a deep breath, Flutterpaw darted away, trusting the cats would follow.
(Tysm! Will mention you in Sedgewater Valley!)

RACCOONEAR | LARGE GRAY TABBY SHE-CAT WITH BLUE EYES
Raccoonear was sitting still on her little rock per usual when she had nothing to do, she simply watched the camp. She had been observing with half-open eyes as the clan conversed, went in and out of camp, etcetera. She admired the similarities between all the cats she saw, how most cats shivered and puffed up their fur after leaving their dens. How kits would marvel at the frozen breath than hug in the air before them at every breath they took. How other cats were simply observing as well. She found peace in the art of noticing.
However, that peace was, while lovely, cut short by the sight of a kit sneakily leaving camp. Alone. She leapt off the rock and skittered towards the kit who she had previously seen innocently playing in the snow. "Woah, buddy, where are you headed? You can't go out there alone," She said in a kind yet concerned voice. She hoped the scars that painted her body and face weren't scary to Blizzardkit. She smiled lightly at the white and gray kit before her.
