Harefoot skidded to a stop when he heard the thudding of paws fade behind him. He slowly walked over to Crowpaw with a look of confusion plastered onto his face.

Starclan, what now!

"What are you doing? If you don't want to run just say so, no need to make such a big fuss about it." he snapped. He stood there, impatiently swishing his stumpy tail.

Starclan something as simple as breathing shouldnt hurt or be this difficult. Was just his life now? Unable to run as a windclan cat should without nearly dying. Crowpaws bitterness swelled in his chest, he just wanted to be back in camp with Creekdash.

And now this, a (metaphorically) blind mentor who cant notice Crowpaw is actually in pain. His tail thrashed as he snarled through his painful gasps for breath. "Are you stupid! Of course I want to run, Im windclan its what we do! I cant! I cant bre-" His gravel voice broke as he had to breath deep to make up for his yelling.

Raising her head high, Skunkblaze chanted the new warriors name with the rest of the clan. Creekdash! Creekdash!

Creekdash! Wishpool called, proud of the new warrior. More warriors was better, especially with the threat of Shadowclan.

Bouncing around in excited little circles, Larkkit let out intervaled squeaks of Creekdash! and Yayyyy!! until she got dizzy, and fell over.

Um, Creekdash. Creekdash. Thornkit mewed without any real enthusiasm, keeping her tail scrunched around her paws, and seeming to shrink in on herself.

Yes Ma'am! *Barley-it organized the clearing as he watched them drag out the loner* TwilightStar. I was gonna report it after your patrol was back but I diddnt know, Im sorry.I smelled her sent in the fresh kill pile.Im Sorry, I know I was taking pity on her but I feel bad about it. @Moonraven

Oh Rosepaw! Skunkblaze called, shoving her head into the apprentice den. Wakey Wakey, lets go practice fighting! She knew she was probably waking Rosepaw up, but she had been awake for forever and she had been so bored without someone to do SOMETHING with, so, battle training at sunrise. Fun! @TheNyanCatMinecart

Rosepaw rolled over in her nest and lifted her head. She was tired and bleary, her eyes a bit clouded. Seeing Skunkblaze, she muttered, “Alright, I’m coming.” How could her mentor be so cheery so early in the morning? Slowly sitting up, she licked her fluffy white chest fur, which still had bits of dried grass from her nest stuck in it. She couldn’t look all ruffled for training; she had to look good.

Harefoot twitched his whiskers. Was this some kind of prank? He and Petaltoe had often pulled pranks on their mentors when they were apprentices but Crowpaw didn't seem like the kind of cat to joke around.

"Okay, okay. Very funny. Let's get a move on!" he meowed energetically. Seeing his apprentice continue wheezing, he turned back.

"Are you fur real?" He snorted at his own joke. "Let's go to Coyotesnarl or someone. I know that grump isn't medicine cat any more but you look like you're feline bad."

Crowpaw hated this cat, he hated his mentor. He didn't like Coyotesnarl for the (flawed he knew) idea that the ex medicine cat was to blame for not fixing him and he disliked most kits (and he counted Rosepaw in that group) but this cat he hated. There was nothing funny about making a joke out of his suffering.
Crowpaw hauled himself off of the ground not even trying to disguise his bitter and angry expression. "Coyotesnarl couldn't fix me when I first got sick he cant fix the after effects, I'll just have to learn to manage." He rasped still trying to control his breathing slightly "I can deal with it as long as you don't go running off like a loon. I know it isn't ideal but you'll just have to slow down for once in your life won't you." He snapped sarcastically at his mentor as he started walking.
"Where are we going anyway?"

So Creekdash was a warrior now- he deserved it. Rushingmoor hasn’t known the tom before the incident with the traitor and the first words he’d ever spoken to him were out of anger but he’d quickly grown to respect the elder apprentice, now young warrior. Creekdash was the type to get things done. The bengal mix smiled for the younger tom, considering him a friend, and chanted loudly for him.

“Creekdash! Creekdash! Creekdash!”
