Cougarpaw dipped her head respectfully to Lionstar before quietly walking out to join Stoatdance. The apprentice held a serious and dutiful expression in her yellow gaze. "Ready when you are, Stoatdance." She still seemed thin and fragile from her moons away from home, but the last thing she wanted to do was stay behind and do nothing.

Pigeonpaw was feeling wary after the meeting. Watching the drama unfold with Spiderpaw had left a bad taste in her mouth. But the leader had mentioned expanding the clan into the tunnels, and she jumped at the idea. She thought of all the adventures she could have in those tunnels. If she was among the first cats to delve down into them, she would have the advantage of knowing the way, and she could show her brothers around them!
With this idea in her mind, she padded into Lionstar's den.

"Hey, Lionstar? I'd like to go on the tunnel patrols, please." She hoped he was allowing apprentices to go. She forced her voice to sound steady, and not betray the excitement and mischief she was feeling.

Riverpaw was nervous. Very, very nervous. Maybe even frightened. Lionstar had just got done yelling at Frozenpaw and her which made her feel bad. She didn't mean to be a burden to RiverClan. Though it seemed she was good at that. Oh stars maybe I shouldn't be here.. The silver tabby thought stopping to look up. To late. She was already standing at the entrance of Lionstar's den. Not cowering out now...
With a shaky breath in Riverpaw closed her eyes. "Hay um... Lionstar?" She called out her voice quiet. Odiously nervous. "I uh.. would like to help with the tunnels. I.. want to help out in RiverClan more." The silver tabby added. She wanted to help. She didn't want to be a burden no more.

wormpaw was debating on entering, however tunneling may prove to be fun! also it would give him a chance to stay out of camp and such. he padded into the den, glancing at the other two apprentices. he lower his head and stuck to the walls-- he felt crowded. wormpaw clear his throat, "same reason as them, " he meow, adding, "it seems like a good learning experience, " he mumbled. his amber eyes flicker to the ground, avoiding staring. the apprentice wanted to get out, too many cats. it was suffocating. maybe-- maybe he shouldn't have came here.

"Ah, Wormpaw [ @x ghostie]-- go ahead and join Dirtfur [ @Dirtfur] on his patrol. I'm sure he'll enjoy being able to teach you his muddy ways. You other two-- if we get more warrior volunteers I will assign you accordingly."

wormpaw lift his head, oh he should have figured the warrior had signed up already. he nodded, dread filling his stomach. oh starclan, time to go crash the patrol. "thank you, " he pause for a moment, glancing at dirtfur and brambleblaze-- waiting for them. he was half outside of the den already.

Dirtfur watched as the leader organized the patrols to each border. He padded down to the entrance and beckons-his tail kinked over the dirty tomcat's back- to Wormpaw and Brambleblaze.
"Time can be wastable, just like dirt. C'mon, we have tunnels to dig." He bounded out of Lionstar's den and ran out of RiverClan camp.

Ears perking up at the toms words, the fluffy feline started to head out. But she figured that she could wait for wormpaw. Or more likely show herself to the apprentice "here's one member. C'mon lets not keep Dirtfur waiting ...he doesn't look the patient type..." she meowed with a wave of her tail as she started to pick up the pace.

wormpaw nodded, staring at brambleblaze for a moment. he shrug his shoulders and followed after dirtfur and the molly. he kept his head low, oh how dirty he was going to get. the black furred tom internally groan but was still quite excited for the patrol. wormpaw had a small bounce in his step.

It was a long way between the willow tree and the camp. The brown warrior was out of breath. His legs were burning like hell from running and digging and hauling too. But he is still have strength; he padded forwards to Lionstar's den. Dirtfur stood in front of the den, rehearsing his report to the leader. Lionstar, I made a great discovery- no too formal. Great leader of RiverClan, I had come to- nope, that'll encourage Lionstar's ego and I sounded like a servant. Um... Lionstar, the patrol and I have a report to tell. Perfect!
As he strolled into the den, Dirtfur scented the air, smells like... fish and stone. However he wasn't bothered by it and went ahead to report to Lionstar, "Lionstar, my patrol and I have a report to tell for the tunnels."
