Lavenderrose strutted around the clearing, showing off his new necklace made of petite green vines with a beautiful blue rocklike thing hanging from it. Among the mass of other necklaces that lay along his throat and bracelets that decorated him there were vines that were strewn over his backside. They were perfectly semetrical and seemed to be of royalty. That boy Smokekit did do wonderfully for him didn’t he.

Smokekit watched as his best costumer pranced about with his new necklace. By starclan that boy was the opitimy of gay. He wanted to do more but Lavenderrose was all out of special rocks and all out of prey as payment. Oh how he wished there were more cats who wanted his expertise.

Eaglekit felt smug about her hiding spot but she was getting quite bored. After a while she mewed.

Coldamber padded into Buckstar's den, having only found it by scent, and creeped in towards his nest.
Ew, ow.
She still hurt a little.
Her dream was still fresh in her mind, still feeling the crisp cold of the forming frost and Ice around her as if she was still in the dream.
She felt around for him, accidentally slapping him a few times.
"Oh, oh- I'm sorry, I just-- BUCKSTAR, I HAD A DREAM, you gotta listen, because I think it was some sort of thing from the star cats."

She wasn't new to being a Medicine Cat by any means, but these dreams and signs from these ancestors? Definitely new and odd. She hadn't even gotten a dream from them when she visited the StarCave, so this was a big new development for her.
And she wasn't going to miss the opportunity to share about it.
