robinpaw perked up at the mention of his name. was that.. snailsie's voice?? yay! tuning in to listen to what they were supposed to be doing, robinpaw nodded excessively, a bright smile forming on his face. okay, so he had to stay with a.... warrior. that.. shouldn't be too hard! he even had a whole two to choose from. turning to look at his patrol members, he glanced up as ashfeather invited him to tag along with her. ashfeather seemed cool!! but he also had no idea who she was, so maybe she wasn't as cool as she seemed? then again, there was only one way to find out...! "sure! i'll go with you!! if beepaw doesn't wanna!" he glanced over at the fellow apprentice, who.. he hadn't quite heard speak yet. the snowshoe wouldn't mind going with either warrior, but maybe beepaw had a preference or something. "stars, we're going to do great!! let's get these herbs!" yeah!!! woo!

Ashfeather gave a nod. "Each apprentice has to go with a warrior," she reminded him. "Now, ready to head out onto the territory?"

Beepaw purred a bit, though she was a little disappointed, she wouldn't begrudge Robinpaw or Ashfeather for something so silly. Fallenghost just intimidated her a little bit.
She seemed scary.

When her move missed, she was so tempted to stop, give in and go find something to throw at Quicksilver and then push him in a stream or something. He deserved it! When his paws came down on her shoulders though she quickly fell to the ground. Oops. But it required him to come at her and she wasn't sure that Quickass had the brain power to listen to her mind talk. Most likely not. "Tired already old man?" she tried to goat him on. That would work wouldn't it? Hopefully.

"Dainty crybaby." Quicksilver responded with a snip as he successfully pushed her to the ground. The silvery tomcat then stepped back as she got to her paws, wondering if he should call it a day right there. She'd hopefully learned enough, she'd gotten quite a lot out of this training session right? But as she tried to egg him on with her teasing, Quicksilver was tempted to push her to the ground right there. Maybe sit on her. Show her who's boss.
But he decided against it. He was tired, and needed a mental break from her attitude. There definitely was only a certain amount of time that could be spent in Pumapaw's presence. So swallowing his own pride and want to snap at her for her rude words, Quicksilver just sighed. "Yes. I'm done for today." He announced. He would allow her to continue her training on her own if she wanted to, but for now, he would be done.

Fallenghost stood at where she was watching the group be summoned. She didn’t mind having either apprentice as a partner and nodded in approval as Twisted-no Ashfeather claimed one of them. The molly was proud of the apprentice earning their warrior name though it was a shame that Rosebriar had to continue their ridiculous behavior. Fallenghost looked at the sun. “Lets get going now.”

Ashfeather smiled. "Good idea," she purred. She looked at Robinpaw. "Ready?" she asked.

Heaving a great sigh of relief at being freed to a new teacher Crowpaw felt some of the tension easing from his shoulders and his flicking tail fall still. "Thank you Twilightstar. Really." He quietly rasped a rare small grin wiggling its way onto his muzzle before he grew serious again.

"Right." He nodded at her order "Its just he- Well more like he always-." He cut himself off with a growl of frustration in his inability to really describe his issue before taking a moment to close his eyes and compile his thoughts. "He doesn't really want an apprentice from my understanding, which is fine and I wouldn't mind as long as he actually trained me but he didn't. He gave me only the bare minimum of instructions and then ignored me. Then when he did take an active interest it was a mess where I could not do a single thing, even a right move, without being told off. We argued and some of the things he said were just too far even if I did start some of those fights. I wont lay all the blame on him, he's a clanmate and I did wrong too and am willing to take punishment but our last spar was the final line. We... Well I cant really remember who started it but we both pulled claws. Im aware he's a good clanmate outside of this though so maybe the blame is on me and if it is I will take the punishment for it."
He heaved a sigh at the end of his words, he hadn't talked this much in a long time and his rasping was getting quite strained. Still with a final statement of "I think the start of my issues was my inability to run without nearly choking to death or something, I don't really know though." He fell silent waiting for the leaders response, pessimism fuelling his horrible expectations of how she was going to take the news.

Eaglepaw glanced at his mentor, eyes curious. He waited patiently as Littlewish calmed himself down, eager to head into the tunnel. They would be fine. Nothing bad would happen. The apprentice was drawn by the quiet of the tunnel. The darkness of it. The near silence and the pitch-black.

The tom turned his attention to the warrior, listening to the instructions. Use my whiskers. Got it. Run fast and don't look back. Might be hard but okay. He nodded at the tom's question, following behind, eyes shining with delight. "This will be fun, won't it?" he asked.

Beepaw was already padding towards the camp exit once both warriors gave the ok, eager to get started on grabbing some random herbs. She felt a little giddy today.
