Featherflames stretched out in the sun. She had been enjoying being a queen, but she had to admit to herself she was getting bored. She looked around the clearing for her mate, Creekflow. @ Bramblefire01

The wind breeze tickled Fallenghost's ears making her flick them while having a grip onto her herbs. The molly gave Ashfeather and Robinpaw a look while trying to figure out why Ashfeather didn't feel like going along with their partner when they both agreed to be a pair. These kinds of stuff always made her curious.
Gripping on her herbs, she gave an approval look that she could go along with Robinpaw if they wanted to look for marigold. Fallenghost got the joke but didn't know that she was supposed to give a tiny laugh when other cats joked. Her social skills were rusty. Marigold were not so hard to find since she managed to find some with Asterpaw or what his name was now.

Seeing the look, Ashfeather dropped her gaze. "I-if one of them w-wants to come with m-me, th-they can," she meowed. She really wanted to work with one of the apprentices, but none of them seemed to want to work with her. She blinked at Robinpaw. "S-so... are you g-going with me, or her...?" Her fur prickled uncomfortably. "I-I'd like t-to go with you - but no pressure." She felt like she might shrink under her pelt. Ugh, why did she have to be like this?

Trying not to flatten their ears in distaste, they reached a paw out and tapped Echowind's shoulder, in a gesture of comfort. "Gullpaw is lucky to have you as a mentor, okay? You taught her everything she knows, she'll be alright. And I'm sure she'll come back. You just have to wait. Okay...?" Dang, maybe they were better at this than they thought.

"I don't want anything to happen to her," the older warrior wailed. "She's young, she can't defend herself! Maybe you're right and it is Coldamber's fault!" Hate flashed through her brain, oh, Coldamber would pay.
"I want her to come back!" Her face was streaked with tears. Coldamber didn't deserve to be medicine cat! If she couldn't take care of her own daughter, how could she take care of other cats?
