Skykit squealed with delight when they finaly got in the camp. There where cats everywhere, and there was no stinking fish, and even better yet, no sign of the loud-water at all! "Is this where you live, big nice smelling cat?"

Thornpaw had little emotion really. Coyotesnarl had been a good deputy, but she hadn't know anyone else. So really.........no opinion. With a respectful nod, she waited attentively for the next announcement.

Wishpool was a bit more opinionated. It was too bad they kept losing their deputies. It must be hard on Twilightstar mainly, having to pick and get used to one and then having them step down. She hoped whoever came next would do a good job. She didn't want things to get complicated. Complications were really never good. Never good at all. Look what had happened with Shadowclan! And just when they were back in their territory too, probably looking for revenge. There was one, more pressing question on her mind. What would he do now? Would he be a medicine cat again, or a warrior? If he did become a medicine cat, who would leave their role? She had never heard of THREE medicine cats in a clan at one time! It didn't mean it couldn't be done, but it was certainly unprecedented.

AGAIN? That was really all Skunkblaze had. She felt bad for Twilightstar, having to pick a new one twice in the past few moons. Hopefully whoever it was next would stick around for a decent length of time!

Yes, this is where we live. Wishpool grunted, as she hauled the kit into camp. And with a quick shake of her fur, she added Get down and walk. We're going to see a very important cat, who could kick you out if you don't behave. Alright? Hopefully that would get the message of "let me do the talking" across pretty clearly. It MUST be obvious by now, even to a little kit. @Fern

Maybe, but for now what she could do was provide bugs for the apprentice to hunt and entertain herself with. As soon as they were finished she would take the apprentice back to camp before both of them froze and she would be stuck with a frozen tail. That would not be entirely too enjoyable.

Honeypelt's mood was absolute garbage now. Not only was Shadowclan under horrid lead, but their deputy had stepped down? What was next, all the kits died? No, scratch that, even thinking a thing like that could lead to bad results. Hoping that eventually better news would come in this meeting, Honeypelt looked back up at the leaver, her face weary as she awaited the meeting to end.

Nightpaw set a mouse in the freshkill pile and padded near the edge of camp, trying to clean his face. It wasn't bleeding anymore, but it burned. Bad. And it was starting to swell, making vision more of a challenge. His leg hurt too, but if a clanmate looked at him they would immediately see the claw- marks on his muzzle and face. So Nightpaw would have to work quick and hope no one noticed him. (Open)

Wishpool was heading for the freshkill pile, and saw Nightpaw. She didn't really want to bug him, but she was REALLY hungry. With a sigh, she approached, soon noticing the claw marks. What had happened to him? Her breath catching, she made her way forward quickly, asking What HAPPENED to you? You're all scratched up! @Daunting Drago0n

Nightpaw jumped a bit and looked over at his adoptive mother. This was.. unpredicted. "It's nothing.. I'm fine." He grumbled, continuing to groom himself

Would he be angry if she...........who cared! Her tongue quickly snaking out, she began to lick the scratches, trying to get them cleaned up. @Daunting Drago0n
