Eldersky comes trotting down the hills, relief in her heart when the idea of home arises. It had been a short excursion that turned into something longer. And before she knew it, she'd taken a little too much free time. Now she would face Twilightstar and she needed something smart to say. Why did you leave? Why did you forsake WindClan, when you care so much about it?
What would she say, indeed, what would she say... Well, the soft gray tabby had some time to mull it over while making her way through the familiar territory.

Shockholly was surprised Echopaw could move herself, but helped support her so she could breathe, while encouraging her to submerge the rest of her body.
"I need to get this gunk off you so I can help you better. You can lean on me and Beepaw as much as you need, we have you, we won't let you drown."
They looked up briefly to Beepaw and nodded and Beepaw began carefully trying to get the rest of Echopaw's body in the water, careful not to hurt her by pulling fur or touching her hurt spots.
"You're doing good. Stay with me just a bit."
They soothed before taking a paw and gently wiping grime out of her fur.

Under better conditions, Shockholly thought the former ShadowClan healer would be cute in the way younger apprentices were, with reminents of baby chub in their bellies and the joy of kithood in their eyes.

It was a shame she became hurt. No one deserved this.
Once the majority of the caked on blood and grime was up, they waved for Beepaw's attentions.
"While she's still wet, do you think you could manually groom out the last of the stuff sticking to her? The cleaner the better for her."
Beepaw nodded and set to grooming, glad there was any nasty stuff to accidentally taste.

Twilightstar was thoroughly entertained for a few seconds, not bothering to elaborate as the rare few cats started shooting questions at her. They were all basically asking the same thing. However, most of them seemed to be waiting for her to go on.
"It's merely a practice, we're to keep our claws sheathed and try not to spill any blood. The raid is something of a request from Lionstar. His clan has apparently lost its passion, he thinks a raid from WindClan will get it back. If all goes well, RiverClan will be strike back with a raid of their own. I'm hoping that this will help us get ready for anything ShadowClan might be throwing at us in the future."
Twilightstar glanced down at the newer apprentices with a curious look. "Just as with a normal raid, I'm not bringing any cats who have no battle training." Twilightstar didn't see WindClan winning this raid game, for one RiverClan's always been somewhat bigger than her clan. WindClan also hasn't been in nearly as many raids as RiverClan, they had the upper paw, but so long as no one was hurt and that her clanmates gain some experience out of it, all was well.
"I don't see the odds in our favor, I don't see us winning, however, you should all brush up on battle training. Lionstar is expecting something of a challenge, I want to make sure we can give him one. We never fought RiverCln before, it'll be a learning experience. We should do our best." Twilightstar was complementing on whether she'd be joining the little raid game, or sit to the sidelines and verbal bash her clanmates with Lionstar. Or just being the one unhelpful cat who sits on the sideline yelling stuff at her clanmates. Whatever she decided, she'd keep herself entertained.
"Unless you have something you need to discuss with me, we're done here." The leader freed her clan from the meeting with a dismissing wave of her tail.

Dimtail was interested whether or not Twilightstar thought her clan was getting bored too. If he was going to be honest with himself, he was getting bored. This practice raid would certeinly shake things up a bit. He nodded respectfully at his leader before walking towards the patrol he was in charge of.

Loonkit briefly stuck their tongue out at their brother and aimed another swipe at his legs before rushing forward to greet Twilightstar with wide eyes. As usual, they were bouncing up and down on their toes, although this time with such spewd that their tail flailed about behind them. "Twilightstar! Can I join the raid? I have training! In beating my brother! In everything! Can I pretty please join in? It sounds like fun!"
