Weaselskip had been sleeping... to some extent. The molly had retired off her watch from the breezerock and had headed straight for her nest. That was one of the best things truth be told, to be able to just... sleep after a watch. Even if it was in the middle of the day and everyone else was off being productive and such... Weaselskip could sleep in. But it seemed she'd not been destined to sleep all too long and the grey feline soon found herself waking up, for no reason whatsoever. Stars, she didn't want to go up and supposed to act all normal and such. It required far too much energy. So she'd proceeded to sit up and stare at the other cat who it seemed also decided to take a nap. Or a sleep. And so she just sat and stared until the other cat begun to move and slowly Weaselskip recognized her as Doestripe. "Good afternoon to you too, pretty lady." Okay. Weaselskip might be mated, might be happily mated with a glorious amazing lady but she could not pass out on the opportunity to sit and admire the goods that was still available in the clan and well, this fine specimen of a lady in front of her was not the worst looking she'd ever encountered. "Your shining is a welcome sight in a dull afternoon."

Yewbark had zoned out of the meeting pretty quick. She mostly showed up for appearances sake and for lack of anything better to do. However, as her name was called in association with an apprentice, her head quickly shot up and Twilightstar had her full, immediate attention. She was being given an apprentice? Her? Was Twilightstar out of her right mind? Must have been to think Yewbark of all the warriors in the clan was someone to trust with an apprentice. She wanted nothing to do with this. They would just end up lost or dead or.. or... or....

She gave a start as she was addressed and glanced down at Graypaw with immediate disdain. This one was just going to disappear like everyone else. Yew was a bad luck charm. It was simple fact. Very well. Better to just get it over with.

"Yes, I am." she replied flatly.

As soon as this was confirmed Graypaw straightened up his position as though adressing Twilightstar herself, his eyes shined with respect for the warrior he had literally just met.
"Nice to meet you m'am!" Graypaw said.
His siblings hadn't become apprentices with him but it was fine, i mean he was older than them after all.

Adderpaw glowed at the praise. "Could we do some battle training so I can join that false raid?" Pleaded Adderpaw.

She cringed at that, briefly pulling away before regaining her composure, "Do not call me ma'am." She wasn't even 20 moons yet! She wasn't old - certainly not old enough to be called ma'am.

Stars, did she look old? Maybe it was just the grave expression on her face.

Somewhere in there, the meeting had bene called to a close and Yewbark climbed to her paws, "Let's go." she ordered, padding off towards the camp entrance without much regard for whether Graypaw was actually following or not. How was she supposed to be a mentor? She had barely had any instruction between her own mentors tossing her from one to the next. It was a miracle she had ever made it to her warrior ceremony.

Graypaw didn't even question what she said and simply followed without saying a word. He had already sensed the she-cat was not happy of being his mentor and that was fine. This was going to be his first time ever leaving camp and he could already smell the scent of Windclan territory, probably a rabbit, and some other thing he didn't recognize, oh well he'll find out! This is when the sudden realization settled in, an odd paranoia and fear of the outside. He had never left camp so who knows if he'll end up falling into a secret hole and finding out something he shouldn't know. Despite this, he continued towards the camp entrance and simply looked foward, awaiting his mentor's lead.

Adderpaw nodded, and used her jumping skills to hre advantage, she leapt towards Cloversprings back, trying to land on them. (Is clover male or femlae? :3)
