"Yes dear?" her tail tipped the kit's chin from behind. The tortie queen was there and ready to tend to any of her kits' needs and wants. Sugardapple? Haha! How cute. "Sugarapple, love," she kindly corrected the kit smiling cheek to cheek. "Now what's wrong?"

If you ask me, actions speak louder than words, hunny," she winked, purring and lastly looked over to Clay murmuring the words 'what a sweetheart' at them. "From my guess..," Since that varmint Greenfur didn't explain the who, what, and where about them. "You got lost? ..Your parents are they..," not wanting to complete that sentence, she allowed them to speak up on their story. If they wanted to of course.

Dizzykit stumbled her way forward, her stance wide as she attempted to move across the nursery. She stumbled to the side before toppling over, rolling onto her back with her legs stiff in the air. Her response to her failure was only to giggle, rolling back to her feet and shakily standing back up again. When moving was this much of a struggle, it was a game just getting to her nest to lie down, though she much preferred to wrestle. Maybe another kit would want to play with her? She looked around for anyone to play with, having to sit down to not tumble again.

Willowkit had been bouncing around the nursery, bored and full of energy, when she noticed the other kit. Another cat with wobbles! Though she didnt understand why, unlike her this cat had her tail. 'Doesnt matter' she thought to herself She is bored, you make your own fun, and this kit might actually play with her. She rushed forward before loosing her balance on a piece of moss and ending up nose to nose with the other kit. "HI!!! I'm Willowkit! Wanna play moss catch with me!"

"Oh... Sugarapple..." I got the name wrong, dang it! Maplekit scolded himself, looking at the ground in embarrassment. "Well, Berrypaw, she..." He didn't even continue when a thought struck him - What if Berrypaw does even more things to me if I tell Suggerapple? Maplekit backed off, saying, "Nevermind, I'm pretty sure that Fernkit won't mind me being around anymore."

Dizzykit offered the approaching kit a wobbly-headed smile. "I'd love to! I'm Dizzykit!" The calliby stood and almost instantly fell and rolled onto her side with another giggle. "You throw it first!" It took a long moment for her to scramble up and make her way just a little away to be in a good place to receive the moss ball.

Willowkit twitching with joy hooked the ball with a tiny claw and flung it in the air! The force of the launch might have made her loose her balance a bit but the moss ball sailed true! It arched high rather then long and gave ample time before it ended up above Dizzykit.

Dizzlykit wobbled in place, anticipating the moss ball. When she saw the moss ball was almost near enough to bat she leapt up onto her hind paws to reach, batting the ball back to Willowkit. Her body followed the momentum of her paw, leaving her a smiling heap on the ground.

Pouncing forward, trying to catch the ball before it hit the ground Willowkit misjudged the direction and sent the ball sailing halfway across the nursery. She turned to Dizzykit and grinned chirping "Race you to the ball!" and crouched down into a pouncing motion ready to lunge for it if Dizzykit agreed.

She watched the moss ball fly off across the nursery, scrambling to her paws. "You're on!" Dizzykit giggled, clumsily moving forward, her body swaying from side to side as she moved. She was only on her paws for seconds at a time, toppling over after only moving forward a little.

As Willowkit bounded forward she rapidly outpaced the other kit despite struggling to keep her balance crawling over any obstacles. It was obvious she'd been learning how to move without a tail to counter ballence for awhile. Racing to grab the moss she skidded a bit still managing to snag it with her mouth before turning and moving back to Dizzykit. "I got the moss ball! I got the moss ball!" She singsonged "Now you gotta catch!" ending her tune by tossing it straight back at Dizzykit and flopping over to catch her breath.
