You can make a post anywhere in the clan or the outskirts or participate in any events (though I don’t think ShadowClan has any right now). If your looking for something a little more quick and simple you can just make a post and put something like (open) under it and someone might interact with you. And if you want to do something longer or more structured you can always poke around the Plot Resources forum.
