Anubis smiles and sat next to Sky, “I can see better anyhow. Plus I’m nocturnal.” he said with a tiger smile. He looked around at all the different things going on while listening to all the animals. “There’s nothing dangerous nearby if that’s what we’re wondering.” He mewed flicking his ear.

"Thanks Artemis>" Sky said with a purr and flashed him a smile. "And I'm not really worried about anything dangerous, just the fact that anything could happen to a group of kids who are all sleeping, you know?" She told him.

Anubis nodded, “Do everyone a favor then. Don’t let the little ones around fire. It’s a bad call.” He said with a bit of a huff. He didn’t mind fire, it was really warm, but he didn’t want to be on fire. That was not fun. Fire was not his friend.

Anubis nodded, “Cool. I’m going to rest my head, but im not sleeping. I’m still listening to my surroundings.” He said before laying himself down next to sky, ears still swiveling around to listen out for things.

Sky laughed. "One day you'll rule the forest." She said. "I guess thats why we connected, since I lead this group and you'll rule the forest, we're both leaders."

Anubis purred louder, “Maybe it’s so you can protect me now, and I can protect you later.” He spoke while half asleep, but truly he wanted to stay awake. Stay awake so he could keep getting pet.
