The black wolf shifted back to human form. Me or that kid? she said. She climbed up to a branch oppisite the two other girls.

"I'm saying that to you." She said. The small girl whispered something in Scarlet's ear. "When?" Scarlet said to the girl. Again the kid whispered something in her ear.

She cocked her head, confused. What were they talking about? She sighed and found a fork in the tree, climbing i to it and nestling down. Suddenly, a piercing howl broke the silence. Ugh. Coal and Marigold are coming. she thought.

Coal
The larger black wolf thundered towards Fiona's scent. Marigold was running with him, slower of course, somehow doing a decent job of keeping up. He reached the clearing and saw two younger girls, probably around Marigold's age, in the tree with her. He shifted into hos human form, a sixteen year old boy with black hair, greyish eyes, and darker skin. Who are these people and why are they in our woods? he growled.

Marigold
The golden juvenile wolf was still besode Coal, taaking his lead in shifting. She was a pale-ish ten-year-old with a rounder face, rosy cheeks, and shoulder-length blonde hair. Yeah. What are you doing here? she said.

[ @WINGSOFFIRE Side note: Coal and Fiona are dating. Marigold was given to Coal to train.]

"Twelve, don't-" Scarlet said. Just then the small girl gripped her stomach as it made a very inhuman sound.

She jumped up as much as she could without hitting her head. Is she okay?

Coal
The teen swiftly climbed the tree at the first sign of the child's unsafety.

"I wouldn't come up here." Scarlet hissed. Twelve states at Coal before her mouth opened with hunger showing razor sharp teeth. She lunged at Coal in hunger.

Coal! she shrieked, leaping at the child and shifting in midair. She wanted to barrel into Twelve and knock her to the forest floor.

Coal
The male teen was frozen in terror. He had no idea what to do.

Scarlet grabbed something as Twelve gripped the tree. "Twelve, eat." She said throwing it at her. She ate it and relaxed. She dropped down to the forest floor.
