Arctic smiled as Scar licked her cheek and pressed his muzzle on hers. "I love you too, you little jerk!" She batted him playfully and ran off. She looked back. "Race you to the waterfall!" She yelled. And without waiting for an answer, she already had a head start.

* He just stared after her. He couldn't run nor could he jump that well. Dang using my weaknesses against me. He took off after her in a steady pace. He knew he wouldn't win but he could at least get there. He finally made it to the waterfall and looked around. Where is she. He was panting hard. Her padding over to the pool at the bottom of the waterfall and lapped up some water. *

* He sputtered as the water hit him right in the face. He turned to see it was Arctic. *

* He jumped as well as he could and splashed water at her. *

*Arctic laughed and dove back down and tried to throw Scar up and back into the water but her paws slipped and she had to scramble to land because she inhaled a bit of water*

* He watched as she slipped and he lunged out grabbing her and pulling her out of the water laying her on the sandy beach. He leans down on to her side and starts to compress his paws on her belly and lungs trying to expel the water from her. *
" Please don't die not so soon... "

Arctic gasped as water pumped out of her mouth by Scar pushing on her chest. She shoved herself up, breathing. "Yikes! I'm not doing THAT again!" She angrily kicked a rock into the water.

* Thank the gods she's okay. He lays down and curls around her and flicks his fluffy tail into her face. *
" Be careful next time Arctic. If you would have died I wouldn't know how to explain it to Alpha or how I would cope with losing you, my first mate to the pond. "
