DESCRIPTION
Rue is a dove-white she with downy, feathery fur and a stocky build. She has fawn splashes dotting her ribs and face, and a cheerful, wide-eyed grin.
ABOUT
Rue is an eccentric, whimsical, and often obsessive she-kit who always seems to have her mind wandering. She’s got a love for the dead - but not for Starclan. Ghost stories, tales of the undead, restless souls - all in particular bring her the most joy. She's quite a thrill-seeker and fazed by little, often forgetting the lines between right and wrong. She sees everyone the same, ignoring most warnings when it comes to crueler, more savage cats.
Rue is quite affectionate, clinging to those she adores like a stubborn leaf. Though meaning well, Rue’s often misguided with her love, and fails to see wrong in the cats she dotes as her friends and family. She is not a fierce defender, but rather more of a muse, dedicating her being to that of those she deems worthy. Rue also believes, with the little morals she possesses, that even just by a little, she can help better the world through her own morals. And while she truly does believe in the cats she so desperately tries to save, there is a sheer layer of indifference in her judgement as well.
Hushed-voiced, ghostly looking, and unintentionally misleading, Rue is not entirely true to what she looks like. True, she is morbid, but she is far from gloomy. She’s lively, enthusiastic, and sociable to the best of her ability. And though she means well, she is often misguided.
RELATIONSHIPS
Irisdream - Rue loves Iris, but has trouble understanding her. She sees Irisdream's actions as a bit excessive and is a bit stooped by her paranoia. Nevertheless, she admires her.
Duskleaf - The same goes for Duskleaf, though Rue sees him more lenieant. She often flocks to him first when it comes to help or other things seeing as he doesn't react as strongly as Irisdream.
Littermates - Rue enjoys tussling, playing with, and goofing off with her littermates like any other kit does. She often enjoys scaring them with stories hoping to get a rise out of them. Rue will generally keep up a good bond with them but there are times where she'll go distant or forget about them for a while.
MISC/RANDOM
Rue dislikes her reflection. Always something .. sad-looking about it.
Her love language is gift giving.
She calls everyone some sort of nickname regardless of how short - their actual name is.
Rue hates getting anything caught in her fur and obsessively cleans it.
if this looks familiar i had her put in another kit finder! i couldnt get her out of my head so here she is again lol
additionally im aware the theme is plant/flower based but im honestly too obssesed with the prefix mumble
HOWEVER i dont mind changing the prefix but id much rather change the suffix , but in all means if it is to fit the theme i will change it

Hi! I definitely get being super attached to a prefix. We did find a reference to mumble being used to refer to some plants in the UK, but as these cats are in Maine, USA that might be a little bit of a stretch lol.
However! There is a flower called the mums or chrysanthemums flower. This could be the given name and Mumble can be a nickname?
Just a thought I had and I figured I'd propose it! I also don't think Mum or Chrysanthemum are on the approved list, so you'd have to submit a ticket to see if it can be added if you do like this idea!
Edited to add: If you do like this idea and choose to submit a ticket, you can submit this webpage for support for your argument! While the flower is not native to North America, it is a widely grown flower all over, chosen for their general hardiness and vibrant colors, including in Maine. So it would be a reasonably well-established plant that they could potentially know the name of (unless this takes place waaaaaay before mums were ever brought to New England, which given the technology that's already been established in other plots I highly doubt it.)

hihihi!!! I’m flattered by all the thought put into name alternatives but honestly I think it’d just be best to change the prefix entirely
1. being because I’m not sure how I feel about chrysanthemum and 2. While I do adore the name mumble, I do think I could get used to another prefix !!

Cobwebkit
Appearance: Cobwebkit is a silvery gray and white patched kit! He's got long fur like his mama, and a belly patch like his dad. He's actually very small, but his fur makes him look bigger than he is.
Future names: Cobwebpaw, Cobwebpatch
Gender: male
Cobwebkit is likeable, always hanging around with other kits. He inherited his OCD from his mom, and can often be found licking himself in even numbered strokes and avoiding stepping in other cats pawprints.
He's straightforward, though not bluntly honest. He knows what it's like to have his feelings hurt and tries to not hurt those of others. He's actually really cute in like everything that he does, but he doesn't know it. A lot of kits probably have a crush on him and he's comically oblivious to it.
He's polite, his parents taught him the importance of manners. For a cat with OCD, he hates routine! He prefers to do things his own way, and hates that he has to do things like chew prey on only one side of his mouth or wash his ears six times in a row.
He's intuitive unless someone has a crush on him. I'm thinking he might be aro-ace, but that could change in the future. He's pretty smart and learns quickly. He's also got bipolar disorder, and his moods flip from cheerful and energetic to miserable to superior.
Relationships!
Irisdream: He LOVES his mama! Always spending time with her and telling her about all the things he did that day. He's also a good listener and loves when she teaches stuff to him and tells him stories.
Duskleaf: Cobwebkit likes his mama a bit more, but Duskleaf is also one of the only people who can calm him down if he's having a panic attack or a sensory overload bc he's also autistic (wow im really giving this guy everything i have)
Sibs: he likes playing with his sibs, but if they're really loud or mean he doesn't like them
Kitepaw: Cobwebkit wants to know everything about being an apprentice! He thinks she's a bit rude because she brushes him off or tells him to go away, and she thinks he's annoying.

Appearance: Medium sized boy kit with dark-grey fur that has some blue-grey patches on one eye, the tip of an ear, the tip and a few other places on his tail, and three of his four paws. He has a black spot on the other paw. His eyes are a light blue-grey. He has a single white patch at the tip of his other ear. He is strong and well-sized, but the latter fact relies mainly on his large coat.
Personality:
He is obedient, but likes to have things in a very specific manner, and can become loud or rebellious when that manner is not followed. He is playful but can take things a little too far.
He is very open and cheerful, but becomes very shy and small when scolded.
He can be brash, and is quite blunt. He understands basic things about being a warrior, but had little to no social skills. And he absolutely falls apart when talking to a crush. He will say things without thinking quite often.
He is constantly wanting to be on his paws and out in the forest, and is known for getting into trouble (and maybe getting others into trouble) due to his rampant curiosity.
Relationships:
He tries to make friends with everyone.
He loves his parents so very much and will do anything to protect them (even if he will probably fail if that is needed).
Other:
Loves to run.
He hates small spaces, caves, and other underground areas.
He loves to gripe and can become quite grumpy when he is feeling sour.
Openly questions authority to a concerning degree.
